美溪景观：总有⼀处⻛景，能让匆忙的脚步，不⾃觉地慢下来······追求幸福不再是归家与远足旅行的选择题，而是将度假的惬意，融入日常的每一刻。编织 “可居住的度假森屿” 的生活蓝图是设计的初心，体验才是一切设计的基准。

MAXI Studio：There is always a vista that gently, unconsciously, slows hurried footsteps. The pursuit of happiness is no longer a choice between returning home or embarking on distant journeys, but rather about weaving the tranquility of vacation into every daily moment. The initial intent of our design was to craft the blueprint for a “Livable Vacation Forest Island”; for ultimately, experience is the true benchmark of all design.

从城市角色，到归家主角；顶流奢华酒店的尊贵服务体验，是社区大门的设计灵感之源。
我们希望为最尊贵的客人(未来的业主)而设计，细致入微。让每一次归家，都是一场从喧嚣到宁静的优雅过渡。

夜幕降临，氤氲的灯光将建筑轮廓勾勒得愈发璀璨，踏入住区的第一刻，便开启度假模式。

From urban anonymity to the starring role of homecoming, the distinguished service experience of top-tier luxury hotels has inspired the design of the community entrance.

We dedicate meticulous attention to detail in designing for our most esteemed residents, ensuring that each return home transforms into an elegant passage from urban energy to peaceful serenity.

As evening descends, soft lighting accentuates the architecture’s silhouette, imbuing it with a subtle radiance. The moment you step into the residential area, you enter a state of vacation-like repose.

超级游艇⻛下沉庭院

Super Yacht-Inspired Sunken Courtyard

这⾥是意境的⾼潮，也是设计的灵魂所在。

我们打破常规，将瀑布水景与垂直绿化的概念结合，让水流从建筑的高处或景观墙体之上倾泻而下，形成动态的“游艇飞瀑”。是 “超级游艇风立体下沉庭院” 的极致呈现。我们通过场地高差处理，创造出一个被环绕的、极具安全感和归属感的“峡谷”空间。

This space represents the climax of artistic conception and the soul of the design.

Breaking away from convention, we merged the waterfall feature with vertical greening, allowing water to cascade from the higher reaches of the architecture or landscape walls, forming a dynamic “yacht-inspired waterfall.” It is the ultimate expression of the “super yacht-style layered sunken courtyard.” By skillfully working with the site’s elevation changes, we created an enveloping “canyon-like” space that evokes both security and belonging.

水流沿泳池跌落，撞击出白色的水花与悦耳的水声。两侧是层层叠叠的垂直绿化，模拟“垂直森林”的生态感。

呼应建筑的游艇主题，我们将下沉庭院打造成社区的社交核心。流畅的弧线、干净的色系、镜面水景与艺术连廊，共同复刻了超级游艇甲板的奢华与时尚感，是举办社区派对、高端沙龙的不二之选。超级游艇风立体下沉庭院，兑现“回家即度假”的承诺。

Water flows and tumbles along the pool, splashing into white foam and producing a pleasant, rhythmic sound. Flanking both sides are layers of vertical greenery, mimicking the ecological feel of a “vertical forest.”

In resonance with the building’s yacht theme, the sunken courtyard is designed as the social heart of the community. Flowing curves, a clean color palette, reflective water features, and an artistic gallery corridor together recreate the luxury and modern sensibility of a super yacht deck, which makes it the perfect setting for community gatherings and high-end salons. The super yacht-inspired layered sunken courtyard fulfills the promise that “coming home is like being on vacation.”

绿洲游艇泳池

Oasis Yacht Pool

穿过连廊，恍若踏入一片悬浮于都市之上的绿洲。这里是社区的核心活力场，我们将“浮岛” 的自然秘境与“游艇” 的时尚奢华相融合，创造出一个充满度假感的立体水岸空间。

湛蓝的无边泳池，与建筑立面的米黄色石材相映成趣。起伏的微地形与点景乔木构成“浮岛森林”，休闲躺椅、阳光甲板散布其间。在此，可以是活力的社交场，也可以是独享日光浴的私属甲板。

Passing through the gallery corridor, one seems to step into an oasis suspended above the city. As the vibrant heart of the community, this space blends the natural serenity of a “floating island” with the stylish luxury of a “yacht,” creating a multi-level waterfront environment filled with a sense of escape.

The azure infinity pool complements the beige stone façade of the building. Gently rolling micro-topography and carefully placed specimen trees form a “floating island forest,” with lounge chairs and sun decks scattered throughout. Here, the space can serve as a lively social hub or a private deck for moments of secluded sunbathing.

从户外的阳光与清风， seamlessly 过渡到室内的舒适与生活。从城市的礼遇，到自然的沉浸，再到艺术的震撼，最终归于内心的安宁。

林屿湖畔，不只是一处居所，更是一种松弛度假的生活美学。

From the sunlight and gentle breeze outdoors, it seamlessly transitions to the comfort and warmth of indoor living. Moving from the courtesy of the city to immersion in nature, then to the awe of art, ultimately leads back to inner tranquility.

By the forested lakeside, this is not merely a residence, but a philosophy of relaxed, vacation-inspired living.
