日清景观成都,一座极精致与极松弛的城市。成都玺试图用极与极的对话去实现“竹杖芒鞋轻胜马”的精神力,用极现代的建筑容器去收藏极自然的山林。通过严谨的几何次序感、富有仪式感的空间序列和自然不对称的美学表达,与自然山水形成“实与虚、拙与巧、天然与精工”的哲学对话呈现出一种内敛的尊贵与格调。我们打破传统住宅的空间束缚,打造自然、人文、精神三个维度相互交融的居住体验。

Lacime ArchitectsChengdu is a city that is both exquisite and relaxed. Chengdu Xi attempts to use the dialogue between extremes to achieve the spiritual power of “bamboo poles and shoes light and light, surpassing horses”, and uses extremely modern architectural containers to collect extremely natural mountains and forests. Through rigorous geometric order, ritualistic spatial sequence, and natural asymmetrical aesthetic expression, a philosophical dialogue of “reality and virtuality, clumsiness and ingenuity, nature and precision” is formed with natural landscapes, presenting a restrained nobility and style. We break free from the spatial constraints of traditional residences and create a living experience where the three dimensions of nature, culture, and spirit blend together.

 

 

01 一日之间,光影流转

Within a day, light and shadow circulate

 

近八十米的市政界面以细腻的线性纹理展开层次丰富的褶皱设计;墙面变幻莫测的阴影关系,让建筑拥有了生命的节奏,这种设计手法正是对伦佐·皮亚诺“建筑应该与自然对话”理念的最佳诠释。

这不仅是一道视觉风景线,更是一件融合复杂工艺与艺术感的精致作品。

The municipal interface of nearly 80 meters is designed with intricate linear textures and rich layers of folds; The ever-changing shadow relationships on the walls give the building a rhythm of life, and this design technique is the best interpretation of Renzo Piano’s concept that architecture should engage in dialogue with nature.

This is not only a visual landscape, but also an exquisite work that combines complex craftsmanship and artistic sense.

 

 

会所级归家入口,大师手笔的初见。

当暮色浸染城市天际线大门,不再是冰冷的建筑边界,是被光赋予灵魂的归家仪式剧场,以光影为笔、空间为卷勾勒出顶豪生活的第一重优雅。

The clubhouse level entrance to home, the first glimpse of the master’s handwriting.

When the twilight permeates the city skyline gate, it is no longer a cold architectural boundary, but a homecoming ceremony theater imbued with soul by light. Using light and shadow as pens and space as scrolls, it outlines the first level of elegance in the life of the wealthy.

 

 

以水为引,以礼相迎,以一座精致环形水景,打造环岛式落客体验。水景主体采用石材精工雕琢铸就,石材表面温润如玉,光可鉴人,于不同光线下呈现细腻变幻的光影层次,让静态的水景产生流动的韵律,是归家途中精工雕琢的视觉核心。

Using water as a guide and welcoming with etiquette,Create a roundabout style drop off experience with an exquisite circular water feature. The main body of the water feature is made of finely carved stone, with a warm and jade like surface that reflects the light. It presents delicate and changing layers of light and shadow under different lighting conditions, creating a flowing rhythm in the static water feature. It is the visual core of finely carved stone on the way home.

 

 

时间的见证者/刻画光影:遗落在角落的石块,以最精密的切割角度保留天然纹理的流动感,彰显石材的原始之美。

Witness of Time/Depicting Light and Shadow: The stones left in the corners preserve the flowing natural texture with the most precise cutting angles, showcasing the primitive beauty of the stone.

 

 

02虽由人作,宛如天开

Within a day, light and shadow circulate

 

下沉庭院引入川西寄山融水坡地园林理念,汲取京都安缦的优雅气质,以原石堆砌苔野之庭,融合现代都市精华于自然静谧的奢华体验。“藏与露、收与放”手法在这里得到全新诠释–通过6.5米高差,40米进深空间的精准把控立体营造,苔野、石景、光影深度对话。

“静谧中的张力”与川西坡地园林的在地智慧于此完美融合。

The sunken courtyard introduces the landscape concept of mountains and rivers in western Sichuan, absorbs the elegant temperament of Aman in Kyoto, builds a moss court with original stones, and integrates the essence of modern city with the luxury experience of natural tranquility. The technique of “hiding and revealing, collecting and releasing” has been reinterpreted here – through precise control of a 6.5-meter height difference and a 40 meter depth space, three-dimensional creation is achieved, with deep dialogue between moss fields, stone landscapes, and light and shadow.

The tension in tranquility is perfectly integrated with the local wisdom of western Sichuan slope gardens.

 

 

一场惊心编排的空间戏剧,每一步拾升,框景皆随之变幻–时而聚焦于一方苔庭的静寂,时而框入悬瀑的动势,捕捉山林每一帧片段。

A carefully arranged spatial drama, with each step ascending, the frame scenery changes accordingly – sometimes focusing on the silence of a moss court, sometimes framing the dynamic of a hanging waterfall,Capture every frame of the forest.

 

 

以一道通透的玻璃界面,完成了两种美学境界的并置与对话,无论身处会所客厅、酒廊或私宴厅,每一个视角转折都是实现视觉与心境的双重无界。

Through a transparent glass interface, the juxtaposition and dialogue of two aesthetic realms are achieved. Whether in the club’s living room, lounge, or private banquet hall, every perspective transition achieves a dual boundaryless visual and emotional state.

 

 

03感官沉浸,心灵旅程

Sensory immersion, spiritual journey

 

我们希望不仅仅是一条归家动线上的一处景,更是一场调动所有感官的、从微观奇景到宏观大境的沉浸式心灵旅程,所以我们将“水院·连廊·山院”三者,运用“收 – 转 – 坊”的空间手法,共同构成了一部景观叙事诗。将一次日常的归家,塑造为一场由静至动、由收到放、最终回归真我的完整心灵旅程。

We hope that this is not just a scene on the homecoming route, but also an immersive spiritual journey that mobilizes all senses, from micro wonders to macro landscapes. Therefore, we have combined the spatial techniques of “water courtyard, corridor, and mountain courtyard” to create a landscape narrative poem. Transforming a daily homecoming into a complete spiritual journey from stillness to movement, from reception to release, and ultimately returning to the true self.

 

 

廊架的一侧从架空层延伸出来的水景如一条灵动的山涧,淌过一系列雕塑感极强的异形种植池,这些种植池以解构主义手法,塑造成山脉连绵的走势,水波随之叠级而下,最终如瀑布般汇入负一层的泳池区域实现了空间功能的巧妙过渡与视觉上的垂直延伸。

The water feature extending from the elevated level on one side of the corridor is like a dynamic mountain stream, flowing through a series of sculptural alien planting pools. These planting pools are shaped into a continuous mountain range using deconstructivist techniques, with water waves cascading down and finally merging into the negative level swimming pool area like a waterfall, achieving a clever transition of spatial function and visual vertical extension.

 

 

04折转洄游,自然漫溢

Folding and migrating, naturally overflowing

 

作为连接下沉庭院与售楼处的关键枢纽,我们摈弃了直白的通行逻辑,转而打造了一座以“折转洄游”为灵魂的秘境画廊。

As a key hub connecting the sunken courtyard and the sales office, we have abandoned the straightforward logic of passage and instead created a secret art gallery with the soul of “turning and migrating”.

以解构主义手法打破传统空间的序列感,通过精心制作的花池、镜面水景与层次绿化三者的交错咬合,创造出步移景异的动态流线。

By using deconstructivist techniques to break the traditional sense of sequence in space, a dynamic flow is created through the interweaving of carefully crafted flower beds, mirrored water features, and layered greenery, creating a step by step and unique scenery.

 

 

当自然与现代景观融合,时间仿佛被重新编织。这种融合不是将自然元素作为装饰粘贴在现代表面,而是让两种语言深度对话。

这或许是成都对未来住宅生活一种富有诗意的哲思与回答:品质来源于空间的组织,让空间节奏很成都、让空间情绪很成都、让空间对话很成都、让优雅与从容成为场所精神。

When nature merges with modern landscapes, time seems to be re woven.

 This fusion is not about pasting natural elements as decorations on modern surfaces, but about allowing two languages to have a deep dialogue.

This may be a poetic and philosophical answer to Chengdu’s future residential life: quality comes from the organization of space, making the rhythm, emotions, and dialogue of the space Chengdu, and elegance and composure become the spirit of the place.
