loma Design：A resort and entertainment mecca once forgotten by the city. Entering the era of stock, urban renewal, as a new growth point in the process of urbanization, is also a continuous proposition for the vitality of urban integration. At the beginning of the design, we defined it as “Unbounded Urban Garden”. Pay attention to the interconnection of urban space and environment, and soften the boundary between city and commerce. Create the prosperity and tranquility of the city, and radiate the vitality of the city.
The project guards the Youth Street, chooses to locate in the center of the intersection of the Golden Corridor and Silver Belt, the core area of the Wuli River CBD, and occupies a seat on the new axis of the “One River and Two Banks” urban development. Surrounded by four major parks, there is a rare green vein in the city center. The project covers a total area of 28,000 square meters, including residential, office, and commercial. The base is adjacent to Qingnian Street in the west as the main urban interface. The project design pays attention to the interrelation between urban space and environment, emphasizes the continuous and reasonable planning and organization of the space, creates a diversified and modern garden-style business, and shapes the visual experience of a new environmental space.

▼区位分析 Location analysis
On the west side of the base is a commercial plaza, which has a height difference of 1m from the municipal road. On the east side is the office plaza, which has been used for many years and the flow lines are rather chaotic. The soil covering conditions inside the site are limited, and the underground tube well lines are intricate. We reanalyzed the flow of people. The west side of the square is based on the open urban living room, and the vertical and greening of the site are used to divide the site functions in detail to form a diversified commercial plaza space. The east side of the plaza divides more space for pedestrians, and the municipal entrance divides pedestrians and vehicles through street trees and car stoppers. Create a more modern business office environment.

主题策略 Theme strategy
Based on the attributes of the owners and customers and the refinement of the garden city’s temperament, the Orchid Flower is used as the prototype, and the theme of “Flowing Flowers” is implanted, and the space of the site is outlined with large lines. Use arc continuation to organize movement lines and scenes with multiple overlaps. Create different field experiences through the opening and closing relationship of space. Strive to create an organizational movement line with rhythm and tension. At the same time, it is embellished with abstract petal symbols. According to different site attributes, specific petal morphological characteristics are used to form a relaxed and orderly change in the space scene, creating a comfortable and vibrant place for people to interact and enjoy the outdoor space.
广场改造后 After the square renovation
“The Poetics of Space” mentioned: “Home is where people are in the corner of the world, sheltering daydreams and also protecting dreamers. The intention of home expresses the image of intimacy, loneliness, and enthusiasm. The interior is combined with Yanlord Y- CAFE……Y+ system is not only a community function point that is amazing enough to make people. It also brings the owner’s lifestyle and a positive and beautiful life attitude. The landscape continues the interior and breaks the boundary of the building to create a public living room in the city.
Adjacent to Qingnian Street is divided by a continuous landscape green belt. Through the change of the road paving material, the greening and the road are perfectly integrated. At the same time, the display of the city interface is guaranteed. “We have added more pedestrian passages, created stopover nodes, and increased the demand for the use of squares by urban people.”
▼造型水景及汀步营造艺术现代的入口空间 An artistic and modern entrance space is created through modeling water features and stepping steps
▼散落花瓣演绎游艇种植池，结合吧台卡座打造出沉浸式的景观体验空间 The scattered flower petals interpret the yacht planting pool, combined with the bar counter to create an immersive landscape experience space.
▼利用广场空间，布置更多休闲交流空间 Create a multi-scene experience by changing the depth of the paving
While the landscape of the office entrance plaza echoes with the building, a changing sequence of landscape nodes is set up, and the flow of people is organized and guided through planting ponds, landscape streaks, square waterscape array layout, and ground paving design. At the same time, the two entrance spaces are equipped with simple and clear guidance to guide the flow of traffic, showing the new concept of the new era of LOHAS office in details.
The office plaza on the east side is covered with only 700mm of soil and only 300mm in some areas. In the process of plant selection, the crown width is smaller and meets the visibility of the plaza. At the same time, the height difference of the planting pond is used to meet the planting of specially selected trees.
The commercial space is organically combined through landscape design to form an open, artistic and modern open space, and create an atmosphere that echoes the characteristics of business activities.
