园点景观：这是一座七彩艺术馆，其中展览的艺术画作由阳光所绘制。设计师通过彩色玻璃与日光的互动，给这座灰色的城市带来阳光与彩虹。
landpoint：This is a colorful art gallery, which contains special artistic works that are drawn by sunlight. Through the interaction between sunlight and stained glass, the architects bring sunshine and rainbow to this gray city.

接到远洋地产的委托来到石家庄是2017年10月，对城市的第一印象是色彩单调，秩序井然却缺乏靓丽与活力。
本项目属于地产示范区，但我们希望景观营造不仅仅局限在“销售”这个层面上，而是通过艺术的手段，营造出瑰丽多彩的城市生活场景。打造出一座“城市艺术生活馆”——在其中不仅有浪漫如画的景色、纯净动人的艺术雕塑、还有能提供举办艺术沙龙活动的绿色草坪……倡导一种富有艺术氛围的新式精英生活。

Idea of Landscape • City • Artistic Life
Entrusted by Sino Ocean Real Estate Company, we came to the city of Shi Jiazhuang in October, 2017. The first impression the city left us was monotonous. Although it is an orderly city but it lacks beauty and vitality.
This project is included in the company’s real estate demonstration zones. But we hope that this landscape construction is not only created for the purpose of sale, but also for a magnificent and colorful urban life through artistic means. We intend to create a “Museum of Art and Life in the City” – in which not only the romantic scenery and pure and touching art sculptures are included, but also a lawn for holding art salon activities. We advocate an elitist lifestyle filled with artistic atmosphere.
景观主题·阳光·晟庭
项目案名为”晟庭”, 晟字的意思是”午后旺盛的阳光”，它启发我们提出了这个项目的设计理念—“给灰色的城市带来色彩艺术的手法，阐释阳光为单一的城市空间增添艺术性”。
Theme • Sunshine
The name of the project is “Sheng Ting”, which means “sunshine in the afternoon”. This is what inspires us to put forward the design concept of the project – “Through artistic means, it brings color and artistry to the grey and dull city”.
“用艺术的手法阐释阳光”
通过提升环境的饱和度，给访客带来丰富的色彩体验
晴朗的天气在人们印象中是多彩的、高饱和度的。石家庄阴天多晴天少，我们却可通过玻璃折射、镜面不锈钢反映天光树影等方法，提升环境的色彩纯度。即使在阴天，也能让人感觉到环境丰富明快的色彩。在本项目中，我们主要使用了两种特殊手段.
彩色玻璃折射阳光：园内从大门到走廊再到样板间均穿插使用了大量的彩色玻璃，阳光经过玻璃的折射，投射在院内，呈现出七色光彩：营造出五彩大门、光之画廊、彩色客厅等诸多景观记忆点。不同颜色的彩色玻璃相互搭配增强了整个园区的彩度，同时玻璃独特的透光性亦使得它的投影具有丰富绚丽的视觉效果。
“Explain sunshine through art”
By enhancing the saturation of the environment, we give visitors a rich experience of colors.
The clear weather is colorful and highly saturated. However, Shi Jiazhuang is a city with more cloudy days than sunny days. But we can improve the purity of color of the environment through glass refraction and stainless steel mirror that reflects the sunlight of sky and trees. Even in cloudy days, it still gives people a touch of rich and bright colors of the surrounding environment. In this project, we have mainly used two special means.
Through colorful glass to reflect sunlight. A lot of colorful glass is used in the building, including the gate, corridor and the sample rooms. The sunlight is reflected by the glass and then projected into the courtyard to show different colors. Through this, it creates many attractions such as chromatic gates, the gallery of light, colorful living rooms and so on. The glasses of different colors complement with each other to enhance the saturation of the entire park, and the unique transparency of the glass also gives its projection a rich and gorgeous visual effect.
蓝色水池：我们选用带结晶的蓝钻石材铺池底，石材自带的晶体亦能闪闪发光，天气晴朗、阳光旺盛时，水面会成蓝色，亦有粼粼波光。
Blue pool. The material of the bottom of the pool is chosen from blue diamonds embedded with crystal. The crystal in the material can shine without sunlight. And when the weather is clear and the sun is shining, the water will become blue and the waves will sparkle under the sunlight.
用光影显示四时与四季的变化：一年从春分到冬至，一天从日出到日落，投影随光照的强度、角度而变化万千，随着时间的移动，在园区内的墙面、地面上投影出一幅幅“活动的光线彩绘”，客人在不同天气、时节来访示范区，均会有不同的视觉体验。
Use light and shadow to display the change of times and seasons:From the spring equinox to the winter solstice, from sunrise to sunset, the projection varies with the intensity and angle of the light. As time goes by, the walls and the grounds in the park are projected with “colorful paintings of the light”. Visitors will have different visual experiences in different weather and seasons.
提取太阳光的“圆环”型，打造以太阳为主题的雕塑体系。
The form of “circle” is extracted to create a series of sculptures based on the sun.

城市界面打造——日晷广场
以一个环形艺术雕塑作为城市精神记忆点，周围广场上的浅水池为孩子们提供了嬉戏的场所。圆环喻指“太阳”与“指环”双重意义，提示将城市生活与阳光结缘。

The creation of city: Sundial Plaza
An annular art sculpture is created as the spiritual landmark of the city. The shallow pool around the square provides a playground for children. The ring is endowed with the dual meaning of “sun” and “ring”, which implies that the city is linked to the sunshine.
示范区的外沿街面未来是永久的商街，我们保留了现状行道树，结合建筑肌理打造为城市居民服务的广场。广场中心景物日晕之环雕塑作为区域地标，椭圆形的镜面水池托举着高7.9m的环形喷雾雕塑，水池上刻有12时区，模仿古时日晷盘，每到整点喷泉会一齐喷水。
The outer street of the demonstration areas will be a permanent commercial street in the future. We have preserved the existing roadside trees and based on the architectural texture, we also built a square that serves urban residents. The solar halo sculpture in the Central Plaza is a landmark in the region. The elliptical mirror pool lifts the circular spray sculpture that is 7.9 meters high. The twelve time clocks on the pool is built on the basis of the ancient sundial. At every clock, the fountain will sprinkle water.
地标雕塑：日晕之环——一轮巨大的环形镜面雕塑取代了常见的精神堡垒作为项目的沿街地标，雕塑倒影天光，晶莹璀璨，如一枚巨大的戒指，圆形象征太阳，水池象征日晷，水池上刻有12时区，模仿古时日晷盘，雕塑寓意——“与阳光生活结缘”。环上增加雾喷系统，雾随风而飘散，通过日光照射形成彩虹，浪漫又富有艺术味道。
Landmark Sculpture: A solar halo–A huge circular mirror sculpture replaces the usually appeared spiritual sculpture as a street landmark. This sculpture reflects the light of the sky just like a huge ring. Shining brilliantly, the circle symbolizes the sun and the pool symbolizes the sundial. There are 12 time clocks in the pool, which imitates the ancient sundial plate. The implied meaning of the sculpture is: “to associate sunshine with life”. By adding a spray system to the ring, the water drifts with the wind and forms a rainbow under the sunlight, creating a romantic and artistic atmosphere.
艺术馆入口
通过简单几何形体的穿插打造富有艺术馆味道的大门建筑，当来访者透过彩色的门扉看向园内时，一副解构主义的画作呈现在眼前，门扇上的线条与色块将园内景观进行了解构。
The entrance of art gallery
Through the interpenetration of simple geometric shapes, a gate with a taste of art is created. When visitors look through the colorful door to the garden, A deconstructive painting is presented in front of them. The landscape of the garden was deconstructed by the lines and blocks on the leaf of the door.

The Gate of Color – An abstract painting is presented to the visitors as they look through the colored door in the garden.
幻彩之厅
入园的第一个场景，一道落水墙延伸进水畔的彩色厅廊：阳光通过天窗打在景树上，彩色玻璃的光影被投在地面和侧墙，即使是静止的场景，亦有变化无穷的体验。
The Hall of Illusion
The first scene after entrance, is a colorful corridor with water fall extending into the water pool. Through skylights, the sunlight forms shadow under the trees. The light and shade of stained glass are projected onto the ground and side walls. Even if in a static scene, it would also present an ever-changing scenery.
蓝色镜池·会所前庭
售楼处建筑盛在一方蓝色镜池当中，镜池池底选用蓝钻石材，即使在阴天，水面亦是碧蓝而闪光，提高了景观整体的色彩饱和度。
The blue mirror pool • The vestibule of the clubhouse
The building of the sales office is in the middle of a blue mirror pool. The bottom of the pool is built from blue diamond cobblestones. Even in cloudy days, the water is blue and shining, which improves the overall color saturation of the landscape.

A compartment floats on the surface of the pool. There is a table leading the water into the compartment area. This area is spacious, giving visitors a place to relax.
光之画廊
售楼处通向样板间的通道，是一段与众不同的“画廊”，其墙上“悬挂”的艺术画作，是阳光照射彩色玻璃形成的光影，随着时光推移，画面变换无穷。
The Gallery of Light
The corridor that leads from the sales offices to the model rooms, is a distinctive art gallery. The paintings that hang on the walls, are the light and shades formed by sunlight through stained glass. As time goes by, the pictures also change infinitely.

样板间前是一方七彩的半室外客厅，午后的阳光，透过七色玻璃，将彩虹送进每家每户
Colorful Warm Hall
There is a colorful semi-outdoor living room in front of the sample rooms. In the afternoon, the sunshine penetrates through the colorful glasses, forming a rainbow for every household.
△会在园区中继续引入七彩暖厅的概念，七彩暖厅是内部设有空调的室外会客厅，满足北方人冬季户外邻里交流的需要
We would continue introducing the concept of colorful warm hall to the building. The colorful hall is a living room outside residents’ own houses. With air conditioning, it intends to meet the needs of exchanges between neighbors in the winter.
温暖庭园
在参观样板间之后，来访者踏着砾石上的汀步路穿过多彩的花境园，再经由清幽的竹径到达开阔的阳光草坪。从阳光草坪连通着的光之画廊就可以回到售楼处，这是一段在绿色中漫步的回程之旅，自然之美带来舒畅放松的心情。花园中空地为将来展览趣味艺术装置、互动装置留出位置，同时也为园区提供休憩活动的鲜活场地。
Warm Garden
After visiting the sample rooms, visitors walk along the gravel footpath to the colorful flower garden. And then through the quiet bamboo path, they reach an open sunny lawn. The sunny lawn is connected to the gallery of light, through which they can return to the sales office. This return journey is a stroll full of green. The beauty of nature brings visitors relaxation. The open space in the garden provides a place for future exhibitions of interesting and interactive art installations, as well as a living space for recreational activities.
