JTL 加特林：以空间为始，至自然而终；舒适和平静，城市繁华中彰显静谧的张力。空间更像是一个背景，更重要的是让人们感觉舒适，我们在需求、场所及多方因素之间综合出一个简洁有力的解决方案。在不同时刻光影的静默与运动间，我们希望空间给人赋予自然、闲逸的生活想象；在虚实相间，光影沉浸之中，舒适且优雅的居住气氛被缓缓放大。

JTL Gatlin：Beginning with space, ending with nature; comfort and tranquility, revealing the tension of serenity amidst the city’s prosperity.The city is on the sea, the sea is in the city. Xiamen, a high-value destination and cultural capital in people’s hearts, a place of ” Poetry and Faraway Lands,” further inspires Tianyue’s unique essence on Egret Island. We combine and innovate the Southern Ocean culture of southern Fujian with the site’s characteristics, creating an unforgettable artistic feast at first glance.

岚湾设计之初，我们便希望为临海打造一座别样对滨海浮岛花园，将空间静谧艺术融入到这个场地之中，以严谨精确的几何形体，演绎独属于临海的居住花园。

At the beginning of the Lanwan design, we hoped to create a unique coastal floating island garden for Linhai, integrating the quiet art of space into this site, and interpreting a residential garden unique to Linhai with rigorous and precise geometric shapes.

天台山与括苍山巍峨耸立，灵江水系潺潺流淌，绘就了一幅山水交融的美丽画卷。我们从临海独特的山水城市肌理出发，深入探讨其水脉为主线的居住特点，旨在打造台州第一座城市岛屿花园，以满足滨水城市高端居住产品的标准。

Tiantai Mountain and Kuocang Mountain stand majestically, and the Lingjiang River system flows gurglingly, painting a beautiful picture of mountains and rivers blending together. Starting from the unique landscape and urban texture of Linhai, we deeply explored the residential characteristics with the water system as the main line, aiming to create the first urban island garden in Taizhou to meet the standards of high-end residential products in waterfront cities.

我们期望为业主带来一种全新的滨水度假生活方式，将酒店般的气质与度假氛围融入设计中，结合高品质的功能特点，营造出奢华舒适的居住体验。

We hope to bring a new waterfront vacation lifestyle to the owners, integrating the temperament and vacation atmosphere of a hotel into the design, combined with high-quality functional characteristics, to create a luxurious and comfortable living experience.

生活，画廊

Life Gallery

空间更像是一个背景，更重要的是让人们感觉舒适。

Space is more like a backdrop; the most important thing is to make people feel comfortable.

以滨水为背景，自然的灵感与精致的设计相互交织，它被设想成一个不断发展和适应各种日常需求的生活画廊。恰当的构思创造了一处宁静的环境，每个节点都为周围的场景提供全新视角，鼓励居住者像游览画廊一样对其进行动态参与。

With the waterfront as the backdrop, natural inspiration and exquisite design intertwine. It is envisioned as a living gallery that is constantly evolving and adapting to various daily needs. Appropriate conception creates a tranquil environment, and each node provides a new perspective on the surrounding scene, encouraging residents to dynamically participate in it like visiting a gallery.

受现代画廊布局的启发，空间围绕独立的大门景墙展开，不仅划分出不同区域，并将其进行展示。以极简的的线条串联起各个场景，满足无雨归家的基础下，完成归家情绪的转换。

Inspired by the layout of modern galleries, the space unfolds around an independent gate feature wall, which not only divides different areas but also displays them. Minimalist lines connect the various scenes, completing the transition of returning home emotions while meeting the basic needs of returning home without rain.

景致会随场地的变化而变化，空间和高差之间相互连接，内置的精工细节为局部增添美感，也满足功能的需求。景观以简约风格为基调，采用天然材料，通过柔和的渐变方式来丰富不同场域的层次和质感。

The scenery will change with the site, and the space and height differences are connected. The built-in precision details add beauty to the local area and meet the needs of functions. The landscape is based on a minimalist style, using natural materials, and using a soft gradient method to enrich the layers and textures of different fields.

以严谨的精确的几何造型巧妙的将空间组织起来，将人的动线巧妙的融合到整个几何体系当中。在设计中采取谨慎措施，将水院、连廊、建筑、会所、大门密切联系起来，相互融合穿插，让人们可以在此间游走。

The space is cleverly organized with rigorous and precise geometric shapes, and the movement of people is integrated into the entire geometric system. Cautious measures are taken in the design to closely connect the water courtyard, the connecting corridor, the building, the clubhouse, and the gate, blending and interspersing each other, allowing people to walk here.

连廊串联入口大门-会所，形成完整舒适的归家体验；漫步其间，经过粼粼水光的水景，繁茂特选乔木点缀其间，营造出了然于心的静谧感。

The corridor connects the entrance gate and the clubhouse, forming a complete and comfortable home-returning experience; walking through it, passing the sparkling waterscape and the lush specially selected trees dotted among them, creating a sense of tranquility that is clear to the heart.

细腻，克制

Delicacy Restraint

用细腻的设计、简洁的语言，让整个空间都流淌着专属于临海的素雅感知。

Using delicate design and concise language, the entire space flows with an elegant perception that is unique to Linhai.

空间设计的精髓在于丰富与克制，秩序与复杂性之间的平衡。在身体和心灵的指引下，而不是以趋势或技术为指导，坚持现代主义的克制和精致原则，去感受空间、理解空间。无需浮夸的表现和繁复的装饰，用细腻的设计、简洁的语言，让整个空间都流淌着专属于临海的素雅感知。

The essence of spatial design lies in the balance between richness and restraint, order and complexity. Guided by the body and mind, rather than by trends or technology, we adhere to the principles of modernism’s restraint and refinement to feel and understand the space. Without the need for ostentatious expression and complicated decoration, delicate design and concise language allow the entire space to flow with an elegant perception that is unique to Linhai.

运用细腻且前卫的空间构思结合克制的设计手法，营造出一个静谧、优雅、简约、而又富有秩序性的空间。将温馨而又克制的氛围展现得淋漓尽致，表达着空间丰富细腻、而又克制的静谧格调。好似在呈现生活的细腻之美，人们可在此间肆意游览，感受细腻设计带来的静谧悠然。

Using delicate and avant-garde spatial ideas combined with restrained design techniques, we create a quiet, elegant, simple, and orderly space. The warm and restrained atmosphere is fully displayed, expressing the rich, delicate, and restrained quiet style of the space. It is as if it is presenting the delicate beauty of life, where people can roam freely and feel the quiet leisure brought by the delicate design.

特别设计的雕塑感灯具被巧妙地置于空间各处，成为点睛之笔，随着灯具散发出的淡淡光影，令墙面纹理与家具轮廓在光影映衬下展现出独特的韵味。

Specially designed sculptural lamps are cleverly placed throughout the space, becoming the finishing touch. As the lamps emit a faint light and shadow, the wall texture and furniture contours show a unique charm under the light and shadow.

夜幕降临，3000K的灯光温柔地洒落在空间内，为每一个角落注入了别样的质感。灯光的柔和暖意如同细腻的织锦，将空间中的每一处细节都勾勒得恰到好处。这种温暖的光影交织，仿佛为空间披上了一层轻盈的面纱，使其在夜晚显得更加迷人和富有层次感。

As night falls, 3000K lights gently sprinkle into the space, injecting a different texture into every corner. The soft warmth of the lights is like a delicate brocade, outlining every detail in the space just right. This warm interweaving of light and shadow seems to put a light veil on the space, making it more charming and layered at night.

消失，界限

Disappearing Boundaries

消失的界限，是另一种奢华；灵动且有序的将场地边界渗透，在空间感受上营造奢适的居住画面。

Disappearing boundaries are another luxury; permeating the site boundaries flexibly and orderly creates a luxurious and comfortable living picture in terms of spatial experience.

内与外的界限渐渐模糊，仿佛在无形中，离散与融合交织出一种奇妙的连接，将空间与自然融为一体。每一个角落都在悄然融合，自然的力量如涓涓细流般不断渗透进空间，赋予其无尽的生命力和灵动感。

The boundaries between inside and outside gradually blur, as if invisibly, dispersion and integration interweave to create a wonderful connection, integrating space and nature. Every corner is quietly merging, and the power of nature is constantly penetrating the space like a trickle, giving it endless vitality and agility.

这种处理方式不仅消解了传统的分界，也让空间和自然在和谐中展现出别样的美感，使人仿佛置身于一个连贯无缝的生态体系。

This treatment not only eliminates traditional boundaries but also allows space and nature to show a different kind of beauty in harmony, making people feel as if they are in a coherent and seamless ecological system.

以水和乔木串联场地骨架，营造漂浮感与度假品质；灵动且有序的将场地边界渗透，在空间感受上营造奢适的居住画面。受现代画廊布局的启发，我们设计了多层级的归家庭院，每个庭院都赋予了独特的场景气质。

Water and trees are used to connect the framework of the site, creating a sense of floating and vacation quality; the site boundaries are permeated in a flexible and orderly manner, creating a luxurious and comfortable living picture in terms of spatial experience. Inspired by the layout of modern galleries, we designed multi-level home-returning courtyards, and each courtyard is given a unique scene temperament.

我们希望整体视觉感受能够将功能隐藏在气质之下；因此，在归家及功能区的打造上，我们运用了现代美学的设计语言，使园区的整体调性统一且均衡。

We hope that the overall visual experience can hide the function under the temperament; therefore, in the creation of the home-returning and functional areas, we used the design language of modern aesthetics to make the overall tone of the park unified and balanced.

入口大门我们并未做过多繁复的装饰，而是沿街展开形成一个和建筑高度融合的50米艺术门廊，犹如博物馆内精心策划的艺术品一样，将其作为第一艺术品进行展示。呈现出一种极简主义的准确性与纯粹性，散发着恰到好处的从容优雅，让这里成为隔绝外部繁闹的隐秘绿洲。

We did not do too much complicated decoration on the entrance gate but instead unfolded it along the street to form a 50-meter artistic porch that is highly integrated with the building, like a carefully planned work of art in a museum, displaying it as the first work of art. It presents a minimalist accuracy and purity, exudes a just right calmness and elegance, making this place a secret oasis isolated from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

臻选1.2×3米超大规格版面天然石材，展现石材独有的天然纹理，平静在作为画卷上的展品一般，徐徐展开，稀有且优雅。植物也在建筑语汇中融合起来，回到恰当的位置，不争不抢。整个大门展现宁静的现代主义格调：充满了平衡的比例、精致的材料，带来触觉和视觉上的舒适感，使每个空间都成为真正的情感幸福岛。

The carefully selected 1.2*3-meter oversized natural stone shows the unique natural texture of the stone, and it is calmly unfolded as an exhibit on the scroll, rare and elegant. Plants are also integrated into the architectural vocabulary and return to the appropriate position, without competing. The entire gate shows a quiet modernist style: full of balanced proportions and exquisite materials, bringing tactile and visual comfort, making each space a true island of emotional happiness.

这份极致美学“拒绝潮流诱惑，并不渴求短暂的赞扬，而在意经得住时间的持久力”，正诠释了奢华的深层意义！

This ultimate aesthetic “rejects the temptation of trends and does not crave short-term praise, but cares about the durability that can stand the test of time”, which is interpreting the deep meaning of luxury!

真挚，静谧

Sincerity Serenity

享受到如同融入自然怀抱般的宁静与舒适，体验到一份别样的悠然与宁谧。

Enjoying the tranquility and comfort as if integrated into the embrace of nature, experiencing a different kind of leisure and serenity.

通过精心设计的连廊，将架空层空间巧妙地串联起来，创造出一个丰富而便捷的环形泛会所体验场所。这些连廊不仅将各个功能区连接起来，还将空间的流动性和开放性提升到新的高度。

Through carefully designed connecting corridors, the overhead space is cleverly connected to create a rich and convenient circular pan-clubhouse experience venue. These connecting corridors not only connect the various functional areas but also elevate the fluidity and openness of the space to a new height.

连廊四周被细致地布置上了多样化的植物林带，从常绿植物到季节性花卉，为整个空间注入了自然的生命力和色彩。这些林带在四季更迭中展现出不同的风貌，给业主提供了一个舒适而充满变化的环境。

The connecting corridors are carefully arranged with diverse plant forest belts, from evergreen plants to seasonal flowers, injecting natural vitality and color into the entire space. These forest belts show different styles in the changing seasons, providing owners with a comfortable and changing environment.

将原生自然林带精心引入居住空间，让其在每一个角落悄然渗透，与高低错落的流水交织融合。为业主营造出如度假般的归家氛围，让他们在喧嚣的都市中，仿佛与山水亲密对话。通过自然元素的巧妙布置，我们希望每位业主都能在繁忙的生活中，享受到如同融入自然怀抱般的宁静与舒适，体验到一份别样的悠然与宁谧。

The native natural forest belt is carefully introduced into the living space, allowing it to quietly penetrate into every corner, interweaving and blending with the flowing water of varying heights. It creates a vacation-like home atmosphere for the owners, allowing them to have an intimate dialogue with the landscape in the bustling city. Through the clever arrangement of natural elements, we hope that every owner can enjoy the tranquility and comfort as if integrated into the embrace of nature in their busy lives and experience a different kind of leisure and serenity.

漂浮，自然

Floating Nature

突破了传统集中式会客厅的设计界限，漂浮在自然之中的“盒子”。

Breaking through the design boundaries of traditional centralized living rooms, ‘boxes’ floating in nature.

浮岛花园的端头精心布置了三个独特的“盒子”，与四季回廊相连，突破了传统集中式会客厅的设计界限。这些“盒子”如艺术品般分布在林带之间，与四周的杂木林和长效花镜相互交融，仿佛漂浮在自然中。

At the end of the floating island garden, three unique “boxes” are carefully arranged, connected to the four-season corridor, breaking through the design boundaries of traditional centralized living rooms. These “boxes” are distributed like works of art between the forest belts, blending with the surrounding mixed forests and long-lasting flower mirrors, as if floating in nature.

它们既可远观，又可细品，随着四季的变化展现出不同的景致并随着时间流转呈现不同的体验。在此，三五好友可悠然交谈，享受宁静时光；亦可以独处片刻，感受自然的宁静。

They can be viewed from a distance or close, showing different scenery with the changing seasons and presenting different experiences with the passage of time. Here, three or five friends can chat leisurely and enjoy quiet time; you can also be alone for a moment and feel the tranquility of nature.

这座城市岛屿花园不仅是对临海独特山水文化的致敬，更是对未来高端居住模式的一次全新探索。我们力求在这里，为每一位业主打造一处心灵栖息的圣地；让他们在这片与自然共生的空间中，感受到真正的宁静与奢华。

This urban island garden is not only a tribute to Linhai’s unique landscape culture but also a new exploration of the future high-end residential model. We strive to create a sanctuary for the soul for every owner here, allowing them to feel true tranquility and luxury in this space that coexists with nature.

无论是归家时的仪式感，还是度假般的生活氛围，都将让这里成为滨海城市生活的典范，诠释出无与伦比的生活艺术。

Whether it is the sense of ritual when returning home or the vacation-like living atmosphere, it will make this place a model of coastal city life, interpreting unparalleled living art.

为了既尊重前瞻的生活美学、又尊重场地的自然环境，我将静谧与自然作为设计目标，创造一种在当今已经非常罕见的居住环境，即一种宁静、惬意、秩序和前沿美学叠合的生活场景。

To respect both the forward-looking aesthetics of life and the natural environment of the site, I took tranquility and nature as the design goals to create a living environment that is already very rare today, that is, a life scene where tranquility, comfort, order, and cutting-edge aesthetics are superimposed.

精工，细节

Precision Detail

通过精确的工艺与细腻的设计，营造出一种独特的空间氛围；使每一个角落都流露出优雅与品位，体现了现代设计的极致追求。

Through precise craftsmanship and delicate design, a unique spatial atmosphere is created; making every corner exude elegance and taste, reflecting the ultimate pursuit of modern design.

细节，是领悟事物复杂性的关键，理解细节便也悟到了品味。将所及之处一一考量，思考其如何体现其内在美感。当抵达奢华的另一面，真正触摸到生活的本真，便也经得起时间的冲洗。

Details are the key to understanding the complexity of things, and understanding details also leads to understanding taste. Consider everything that is within reach and think about how it reflects its inherent beauty. When you reach the other side of luxury and truly touch the essence of life, you can withstand the test of time.

在空间设计中，极致克制的用色与材料展露出工艺的精湛与设计的巧思。每一种色彩的选择都经过精心考量，每一种材料的运用都力求简约而不简单。这样的设计不仅避免了华而不实的装饰，更让空间中的每一处细节都显得格外精致与纯粹。

In spatial design, extremely restrained use of color and materials reveals the exquisite craftsmanship and ingenuity of the design.
