广州城建设计：天荟江湾·滨江公园位于广州市海珠区珠江后航道海珠创新湾片区，拥有广纸、广钢、沥滘村等多个城市更新重点改造区域，并有新旧交集的居民区在场地周边构成富有生活气息的社区脉络。
City Construction Design：Tianhui Jiangwan· Riverside Park is located in the Haizhu Innovation Bay area of the Pearl River Rear Channel, Haizhu District, Guangzhou. There are multiple urban renewal key areas such as Guangzhou Paper new town, Guangzhou Iron and Steel new town, and Lijiao Village, with residential areas where the old and the new intersect around the site that contribute to a community network that is full of life.

项目占地面积为12721㎡，约276m长，45m宽。原始场地较为封闭，并对滨江视野有所遮挡，犹如一座断层的江岸“荒岛”。
The project covers an area of 12721 square meters with length of about 276m and width of 45m. The original site is relatively closed and obstructs the riverside view, just like a faulted “desert island” on the river bank.

我们尊重场地，以低干预介入，注重场所精神的探索及在地文化的保留，用克制的设计手法，保留古树与码头旧址、旧物，重启尘封的码头记忆，以满足场地功能、激发片区活力为导向，将该滨江绿地建设成为社区中一处对外开放的休闲滨水公园，将隐秘的浪漫江岸毫无保留地还于市民。
We respect the site with low intervention, pay attention to the exploration of the spirit of the place and the preservation of local culture. By using restrained design techniques, we preserve the old trees and the ruins and the old objects of the dock to restart the dusty dock memory. Satisfying the function of the site and stimulating the vitality of the area as a guide, the riverside green space will be built into a recreational waterfront park in the community that is open to the public, and the secret and romantic riverbank will be returned to the citizens without reservation.

生活·复兴丨临珠江，又见珠江 Life · Renaissance丨Living besides the Pearl River
向往珠江，向往自然，拥有一处自在闲适的公共空间，是人们最真切朴实的诉求与迫求。整体场地以舒朗乔木搭配低矮灌草营造通透视野，打开原先较为封闭的空间，邀请人们走近江畔。
Longing for the Pearl River and nature, and having a free and comfortable public space are the most sincere and simple demands of people. The overall site covered with arbors and low shrubs creates a transparent field that helps open the originally closed space and invite people to walk closer to the river.
我们秉持着与码头印记的对话，对自然生灵的敬畏，对珠江岸上每一件事物的去与留保持感性思考。通过现代设计演绎崭新的体验，保留原场地的7株老榕树和装卸货平台，成为观望城市恢宏景致，记载市民生活方式的舞台。
We adhere to communicating with the mark of the dock and being in awe of nature and creatures, and we keep perceptual thinking about the leaving and staying of everything on the banks of the Pearl River. The project Interprets a new experience through modern design, transforms the 7 old banyan trees on the original site and the loading and unloading platform into a stage for observing the magnificent view of the city and recording the lifestyle of the citizens.

▼木质平台，以起伏的折线感语言自然嵌入榕树的茂盛庇护下，形成靠、躺、坐等一体化设计 The wooden platform is naturally embedded under the lush shelter of the banyan tree with the undulating fold line language, forming an integrated design of leaning, lying and sitting.
交织着珠江人文历史与人们日常生活的片段在此重叠，闪烁过眼前的休憩、交谈、滑板、遛狗、散步等各类动静相宜的活动，并以第一全景视野欣赏城市的拂晓与落日。
Fragments intertwined with the humanities and history of the Pearl River and people’s daily life overlap here, shining through various activities such as recreation, conversation, skateboarding, dog walking, and walking, people here enjoy the dawn and sunset of the city from the first panoramic view.

留码头原有驳岸，将存着场地记忆的船只旧物融入景观设计当中，用原有的拴船桩结合“流动”的片岩铺装，以低干预的形式让码头广场与城市空间共存，释放新旧碰撞的魅力。
Leaving the original revetment of the dock and integrating the old boats with site memories into the landscape design, the project uses the original ship-tethering piles combined with the “flowing” schist pavement to realize the coexistence of the dock square and the urban space and release the charm of the collision between the old and the new.

建成后的滨水公园打开了原本闭塞的滨水环境，珠江与这一片区的关系被重新梳理，成为了搭接珠江后航道与海珠创新湾的活力桥梁，维系珠江与城市、市民的环境与情感联结。
After the completion of the waterfront park, the originally blocked waterfront environment has been reorganized, and the relationship between the Pearl River and this area has been reorganized, and it has become a vital bridge connecting the Pearl River Rear Channel and Haizhu Innovation Bay, maintaining the environment and emotional connection between the Pearl River and the city and citizens.

综合防洪及生态要求，预留贯穿全园的防洪通道及相关设施，以漫步道、跑步道、骑行道三种道路设计，创建连接新生活与城市人文的滨江公园。
Considering flood control and ecological requirements, reserving flood control passages and related facilities throughout the park, the project designs three roads of walking trails, jogging trails, and biking trails to create a riverside park that connects new life and urban humanity.
伴江畔散步，保留了原场地三株原生乔木——构树、乌桕、苦楝的林荫广场，空间满足市民交流活动。
Walking along the riverside, the tree-lined square with three native trees on the original site—Broussonetia papyrifera, Chinese tallow tree, and Chinese neem—is kept to satisfy citizens’ exchange activities.

重获新生的场地以质朴而自然的姿态回归，守望在江岸与城市之间。
The reborn site returns with a simple and natural attitude, watching between the river bank and the city.
老树围合形成的广场，人们在此聚会、运动、戏水，亲近家庭、自我、自然。
The square surrounded by old trees is where people gather, exercise, and play in the water to get close to family, self, and nature.
场地保存着历史的记忆，守护着属于这里人们发生的故事，两者共同交织，在动态的时间与空间中慢慢落下生活的投影。
The site preserves the memory of history, guards the stories that belong to the people here, they are intertwined together and the projection of life is slowly falling in the dynamic time and space.
“设计的初衷是营造一个环境优美的滨江商业休闲带，与邻近的BIG创意园、中海观澜府滨江儿童公园联系起来，共同为此片区带来更多的绿地空间与人性的活动场所，并激活未来的滨江商业区。
设计还保留了时代的印记，提醒着人们本地块作为广百货仓码头的历史，后续会持续关注其对邻里社区、对滨江商业、对城市更新的积极影响。”
“The original intention of the design was to create a riverside commercial and leisure belt with a beautiful environment, linking it with the neighboring BIG Creative Park and Children’s Park of Zhonghai Guanlan, to jointly bring more green space and human activities to this area, and activate the future riverside business district.
The design also retains the imprint of the times, reminding people of the history of the local block as the warehouse terminal of Guangzhou Grandbuy. Follow-up will continue to pay attention to its positive impact on neighboring communities, riverside commerce, and urban renewal. “

轻盈的构筑物弧线与自带氛围感的空间，化解了场地边界，以略带打卡地标与取景镜框般的效果，融入珠江的自然之景。
The light curve of the structure and the space full of atmosphere dissolve the boundary of the site, and blend into the natural scenery of the Pearl River as landmark punch point and view picture frame.

为突出项目的特性，诠释广府特有的珠江文化印记，我们提倡所见即所得，把江景风貌与资源最大化展现给市民，也让客户可以更好地感受未来滨水商业生活模式。我们没有做哗众取宠的设计，始终在合理成本的命题下去探讨最适合的空间、最适合的尺度、最适合的材料工艺……最终在成本、维护、呈现效果之间找到一个平衡点，项目得以较好地落地。
In order to highlight the characteristics of the project and interpret the unique Pearl River cultural imprint of Canton, we advocate that what you see is what you get. We maximize the river scenery and resources to the citizens, and allow customers to better experience the future waterfront business life model. We do not make grandstanding designs, and always discussed the most suitable space, the most suitable scale, and the most suitable material and craftsmanship based on the proposition of reasonable cost…Finally, we find the balance between cost, maintenance, and presentation, and the project was able to land well.
