婺源县村庄文化传媒有限公司：作为以文旅融合艺术振兴乡村为目的的民宿乡居综合体，本案最大限度承续乡村环境和文化基因，创造一种全新的乡村生活方式。坐落国家5A级旅游景区江西省上饶市三清山风景区，项目地块三面环水，生态环境优越，建筑面积约4500平方米，容积率0.28，绿地率52%。
Wuyuan County Village Culture Media Co., Ltd.：The project is a hotel complex that combines culture, tourism and art, aiming to support rural revitalization. The designers took advantage of countryside environment and inherited cultural genes to create a new country lifestyle. Located in Mount Sanqingshan Scenic Area, the plot is surrounded by water on three sides and enjoys superior ecological environment. It has a gross floor area of about 4,500 square meters, a floor area ratio of 0.28 and a green space rate of 52%.

揉合山水情境，将传统技艺与现代审美相结合，诠释在地生态建筑与景观理念，重塑艺术、生活、乡村互为渗透的心灵归栖。
The design team combined traditional techniques with modern aesthetics to interpret site-responsive ecological architecture and landscape, and to create a retreat where art, life and pastoral living converge.、

空间规划基于项目的文化特色与经营方向，容纳住宿、休闲、会务、餐饮、园艺、展览等多元业态，创新运用古法建造与现代工艺，形成极具江南地域特色的现代建筑。
Multiple functions including accommodation, recreation, conference, catering, horticulture and exhibition are configured. Meanwhile, ancient construction approaches and modern technologies were innovatively combined, so as to incorporate the characteristic Jiangnan style into the modern buildings.

三条主要道路将各个组团串联为建筑集群，风格各异又协调统一。项目布置疏密有致，开合有度，东方笔墨语言藏于空间景致，带来叠进的审美感受。
Three main roads connect those building clusters, each in different style but coexisting in harmony. The overall layout achieved a balance between density and sequence, openness and closure. The oriental language hidden in between spatial scenes brings a progressive aesthetic experience.

▽充满古代文人气质的院落 Courtyard full of ancient literati temperament
设计师将原址两条山溪引入园中，形成一大一小两汪镜水。挖塘时起出大量卵石用作景观置石，从经济与环保层面承接自然的馈赠。
Water from two existing streams is introduced into the garden to form reflective ponds, one large another small. Many pebbles, collected while digging those ponds, were reused as landscape stones to show respect to nature and to enhance save cost and protect environment.
工程建造规避水塘蓄水防滑问题，践行生态可续理念。安装自动排水系统，形成人工瀑布景观，多余的水排入顶楼镜面水池，实现循环使用，解决地下室与雨水外排问题。
Adhering to the concept of ecological sustainability, the design team fully considered and solved water storage and skid resistance problems. Automatic drainage system is installed to form an artificial waterfall, and the excess water is discharged into pond on the rooftop to realize recycling and solve the drainage problems of basement.

设计建造契合乡建背景和人本尺度，将造园技巧与审美意趣转译为全龄友好的新乡村生活全景。
The design and construction process responded to rural context and people-friendly principle. The gardening skills and aesthetics interpret an all age-friendly, new rural living scene.
