柏影工作室：拿起笔，在设计之初，走在最前面的不是空间，尺度与细节，而是东西方之间最理想的诗意栖居，新希望 D10 的血统亦是如此。对于他们而言，如何传承 D10 精神尤为重要！如同一幅留白的水墨画，谦逊的表达着当代人的诗意生活。
BY STUDIO: Pick up the pen, at the beginning of the design, it is not the space, scale and detail that walks in the forefront, but the most ideal poetic habitat between East and West, and the same is true of the lineage of New Hope D10. For them, how to pass on the spirit of D10 is particularly important! Like a blank ink painting, it humbly expresses the poetic life of contemporary people.

生命的意义在于自我心中的那片山与水，D10 的建筑之势如同画里的高山，而水更像极了宋画，细腻到“人们如何在薄薄的水面上看到微风”。当一滴水落到深处的意境被释放时，力量可能是无穷无尽的。尤其是傍晚时分，当一切都被过滤掉的时候，池面上的水波纹便会像宋画中的几十种画法一般，随着阵阵微风和夕阳任意变换。在设计中着力创造一种新的场地气关键在于场地环境的融合度，城市的列车与整齐的行道树都是一种不一样的美，对于当下、过去和未来的一种理想态度便是生存、生长和新生。如同精心挑选的每一棵乌桕，它们的意义在于 :“树虽不是最美的树，但其生命之美却无需多言。”这也许就是 D10 传递给人们的诗意栖居。为武汉留下一座百年的 D10 ！
The meaning of life lies in the mountains and water in my heart, and the D10 building is like a mountain in a painting, and the water is more like a Song painting, delicate to “how people see the breeze on the thin water”. When the mood of a drop of water falling into the depths is released, the power can be endless. Especially in the evening, when everything is filtered out, the ripples of water on the surface of the pool will change arbitrarily with the breeze and sunset like dozens of paintings in Song paintings. The key to creating a new site atmosphere in the design lies in the integration of the site environment, the city’s train and neat street trees are a different beauty, and an ideal attitude towards the present, past and future is survival, growth and rebirth. Like every tree carefully selected, their meaning is: “Although the tree is not the most beautiful tree, the beauty of its life needs no words.” This may be the poetic inhabitation that D10 conveys to people. Leave a century-old D10 for Wuhan!

在符号化时代，正如此项目也在寻求一种特定符号。
何谓细节，总之绝不认为是浅显的不假思索的符号堆砌，细节可以转化为时空中并不容易可见的安排，些许是人的一念，又或许是物理时间。
关于美，越来越难存在所谓正确标准，但不正确分明是清晰可见的。
In the age of symbolization, just as this project is looking for a specific symbol.
What is a detail, in short, is by no means considered to be a superficial unthinking symbol stacking, details can be transformed into arrangements that are not easily visible in time and space, a little human thought, or perhaps physical time.
When it comes to beauty, it is becoming more and more difficult to have the right standard, but the inaccuracy is clearly visible.

静谧而富有思想的空间氛围，廊下周边的界面与大树下完美融合。平静的水面和一个自然的形态水景长廊，于树林中，是一面镜子，也是一个水景雕塑，水与树交辉相映，消除周边环境的喧闹，正是；结庐在人境，而无车马喧。

随着人类社会的发展，人与自然的关系进一步恶化，日益严峻的生态危机要求我们正确认识并重新定位人与自然间的关系。在此项目中我们把人与自然的关系作为出发点，用设计的语言来剖析人与自然关系轨迹，提出了人与自然和谐关系建构的设计符号。为人们正确认识和处理人与自然之间的关系提供了思考。
With the development of human society, the relationship between man and nature has further deteriorated, and the increasingly severe ecological crisis requires us to correctly understand and reorient the relationship between man and nature. In this project, we take the relationship between man and nature as the starting point, use the language of design to analyze the trajectory of the relationship between man and nature, and propose the design symbol for the construction of harmonious relationship between man and nature. It provides thinking for people to correctly understand and deal with the relationship between man and nature.

增强虚实之间的对比和节奏感，是留白艺术独有的特点。
留白相当于虚空间，但是其并不是画面中多余的部分，在此当中留给时空，本身就是答案。

Whenever the city train slides by, the beautiful sunset light continues to rush in, and the busy people become much slower. As the city’s skyline rises and life becomes more complicated, it seems like an innate soul question. The distance really makes people feel a little far away, and the present is not so accessible, but people’s yearning and strength for life have never stopped, just like the eternal beauty of time conveyed by the continuous replacement of natural trees. The eternal realm carried by D10 is the best expression of the present, and the white space of the East fills the gap in people’s spiritual world, and also leaves the beauty of daily life…
