筑地景观：这年夏天，联发集团委托Z+D筑地景观，希望在厦门建一座特别的园子，这座园子会承载联发集团所在城市——厦门的文化和居住精神。
Z+D Landscape：This summer, LianFa group commissioned Z+D to build a special garden in Xiamen, which will carry the culture and living spirit of The City of Xiamen, where The Group is located.

厦门是一座风姿绰约的“海上花园”，岛、礁、岩、石、花、木相互映衬。侨乡风情、闽南文化、海滨美食、异国建筑融为一体。整个城市海水环绕、沙滩广阔，构成了厦门独特的城市风貌。
Xiamen is a graceful “sea garden”, with islands, reefs, rocks, stones, flowers and trees reflecting each other. Overseas Chinese customs, southern Fujian culture, coastal cuisine and exotic architecture are integrated. The whole city is surrounded by seawater and the beach is vast, which constitutes a unique urban style of Xiamen.

景观设计灵感源自于菽庄花园的“补山藏海”，利用园林绿化的整体构图及空间体验，从自然出发演绎厦门的林丘、岛屿、海浪、景石等意境，结合建筑新厦门装饰风，打造伴岛而生，林下栖居的自然空间。
The landscape design is inspired by the “supplementing mountains and hiding the sea” of Shuzhuang Garden, using the overall composition and spatial experience of landscaping, interpreting the artistic conception of Xiamen’s forest hills, islands, waves, and jingshi from nature, combined with the new Xiamen decoration style of architecture, to create a natural space that lives with the island and inhabits the forest.

厦门鼓浪屿体现了中国半部近代史，承载着文化特区和人文富矿的使命，也是人文社会启蒙的摇篮。联发集团作为人文的长期主义者，从中提取开明温雅的现代人文精神、展现多元文化杂糅之美，首创与人居共鸣的人文栖居新风向——新厦门装饰风
红砖见证百年岁月洗礼。红砖又名胭脂砖，每一块胭脂砖都经过13道工序、二十小时1200°高温烧制和多次打样，这也是专属于联发的红色。华美的拱券游廊穿插、影波流动，俨然形成一条绝美的月光之环。光影在宛如艺术雕塑的砖墙上随时间流转，为生活写下诗篇。

Red bricks witness the baptism of centuries. Red brick is also known as rouge brick. Each Rouge brick goes through 13 processes, firing at 1200 ° high temperature for 20 hours and proofing for many times. This is also the red brick exclusive to Lianfa. The magnificent arcade is interspersed with shadow waves, which seems to form a beautiful moonlight ring. Light and shadow flow over time on the brick walls that resemble artistic sculptures，Write a poem for life.

于山海之间，喧嚣之外，寻找诗意的生活状态。景观植入“岛”与“林”的概念，通过小涌泉发出的水流声、成片乌桕林营造的雨林植物，阳光下透过连廊洒入的树影婆娑，从听觉和视觉的感官上，营造具有厦门风情连廊的场景体验，强调景观的渗透性，一幅海岛画卷随之徐徐展开。
Between mountains and seas, Beyond the hustle and bustle, Look for poetic states of life. The landscape implants the concept of “island” and “forest”, through the sound of water flowing from the small spring, the rainforest plants created by the wushu forest, the shadows of the trees sprinkled through the corridor under the sun, from the auditory and visual senses, to create a scene experience with Xiamen style corridor, emphasizing the permeability of the landscape, and an island picture scroll slowly unfolds.

跌水发出的水流声，水面上漂浮着的树影，从听觉和视觉的感官上，营造具有厦门风情的场景体验。景观提取“石”元素，跳泉为伴，临水而行，精选的景石置入空间之中。
The sound of falling water and the shadows of trees floating on the surface of the water create a scene experience with Xiamen style from the auditory and visual senses. The landscape extracts the “stone” element, jumping into the spring as a companion, walking along the water, and the selected scenery stone is placed in the space.

抛弃过往经验去做设计，过程总是充满着各种不确定和挑战，为了找到新厦门装饰风的景观设计线索，筑地和联发进行了近一年的研发过程，最终，我们回到了初心，为厦门带来了一座根植于传统文化，充满本土情调的园子。筑地最大的能力是创新和记录文化美好瞬间，这个项目成为筑地设计经历中一次特别的回忆。
abandoning past experience to do design is always full of uncertainties and challenges. In order to find the landscape design clues of the new Xiamen decoration style, Zhudi and Lianfa have carried out the research and development process for nearly a year. Finally, we returned to our original intention and brought a garden rooted in traditional culture and full of local flavor to Xiamen. Zhudi’s greatest ability is to innovate and record beautiful moments of culture. This project has become a special memory in the design experience of Zhudi.
