荷于景观：由自然森林演化的多样化自然景观，为场地营造出丰富的地形和地表纹理，激发设计师的创作灵感，我们在此进行不同的设计尝试。从探讨 “自然与艺术” 的概念出发，设计师通过研究不同森林中生态元素间的相互作用，如破晓时林梢间打破沉寂的曙光，阳光下森林中的微光波动，将灵感转化，组合成为多变的景观空间，色彩和肌理。
WATERLILY Design Studio: The diverse natural landscape evolved from natural forests create rich terrains and surface texture for the venue, inspiring the designer’s creative inspiration, and we have made different design attempts here. The designers begin by discussing the concept of “nature and art”, through the studies of the interactions of the ecological elements in different forests to transform the inspiration, and combine these into a variety of landscape spaces, color and texture. Such as the sun in the forest at sunrise and the light and shadow of the forest under the sunlight.
设计背景 BACKGROUND
西安，一座穿越光阴的城市，从西周至今，3000多年的文明史。时至今日，浑厚的历史与现代生活碰撞交织，使得这里的土地不仅仅是有趣，还饱含着深沉的历史文化解读。
From the Western Zhou Dynasty to the present, Xi’an is a time-passing city has more than 3000 years of civilization history. Today, the rich cultural history and modern life meet here. Making it not only interesting, but also full of deep historical and cultural character.
设计挑战 CHANLLENGE
项目基地位于西安沣东新区太平路与征和六路东北角，建筑分为三组建筑体块，功能分别为营销中心、样板间及项目部办公区。整个基地被一个L形公共绿地包裹，建筑主入口朝向太平路。整体为面向城市干道的开放式绿地。如何设计这样一处场所？它能站在设计的前沿，代表一种可能的未来，同时又有明确的烙印，隐喻出西安的历史文脉。这种时空的对话和空间上的扭转及转化是我们的主要挑战。
The project is located in the northeast corner of Taiping Road and Zhenghe Road, Fengdong New District, Xi’an. The whole building is divided into three blocks, which are the marketing center, model room and project department office area. The site is surrounded by an L-shaped public green space and the main entrance of the building is on the Taiping Road. The whole site is an open green space facing the urban road. How to design this place? It can not only represent the possibility of the future, standing at the leading edge of the design, but also use its clear brand to metaphor the historical context of Xi’an. This kind of space-time dialogue and spatial transformation are our main challenges.
设计手法 CULTRAL EXTRACT
设计通过对构筑物，景观材料与场地的融合性与标志性两方面进行剖析，将场所信息与空间效果进行有机组织，使得设计本身游刃有余的在景观和建筑的对话中来回转换，进而生发出在空间和功能上相互转化的复合产物，赋予场地以新的面貌。
By analyzing the integration and identification of structures, landscape materials and sites, the designer organically organizes the site information and spatial effects, so that the design itself can freely convert between the landscape and the architecture. And then produce products which can transform each other in space and function. Finally, a new look is given to the site.
建筑解读 DESIGN STRATEGY
建筑以缤纷的光之森林作为本体，展示出一处生态的，宁静的精神空间。整个建筑灵动与沉稳、轻盈与厚重、多彩与灰度，代表着西安未来与历史的碰撞、交织与融合。漫天星灯光点缀下的炫彩体、沉稳自然山水石、绚烂的镜面顶与跳跃的白色光柱演绎出“缤纷·光之森林”。
售楼处立两根大柱，隐喻出西安的历史脉络，代表丰镐二京，即西安历史发源起点。西安，在西周时称为“丰镐”。“丰镐”，是周文王和周武王分别修建的丰京和镐京的合称。五十四根中柱，隐喻西安的水脉，代表西安的五十四条河流。整体立柱为二百七十四根，隐喻西安的地脉，暗合开发用地274亩，统一于大屋顶之下，形成光之森林生态系统。
Architectures use the forest of light as the body, showing an ecological and quiet spiritual space. The whole building is lively and steady, light and heavy, colorful and pale, representing the collision, convergence and fusion of Xi’an’s future and the history. Many small lights decorated in the sky, natural landscapes and stones, beautiful glass roofs and bright lamp posts create a gorgeous venue together.
The two pillars in front of the sales center represent the historical starting point of Xi’an—Feng Ho er Jing. Xi’an of the Western Zhou Dynasty is called ”Feng Ho”, which is the combined name of Feng Jing and Ho Jing built by King Wen of Zhou and King Wu of Zhou respectively. Fifty-four medium-sized columns represent the fifty-four rivers in Xi’an. There are 274 columns here, representing the land area of 274 mus in Xi’an. These are built under the large roof to form an ecosystem of light forest.
设计主题 DESIGN CONTENTS
景观继续沿用建筑的设计理念，以自由呼吸的光之森林作为设计主题。置身其中，森林中生态宁静，树林里微光波动。
从沿街地形艺术界面进入示范区，由一条林中光小溪打开整个沉寂的艺术森林，以此开启一段森林的旅程。森林里到处充满着神秘的惊喜。在森林的各个层次中流转漫步，人们将看到一个颠覆过往认知的极具森林质感的体验区。
Landscape design continues to follow the concept of architectural design, with the free breathing forest of light as the design theme. Visitors can enjoy a quiet environment in the forest.
Enter the model area from the terrain art district along the street, follow a stream into the quiet forest, and start a journey. The forest was full of mysterious surprises. Walking through various regions, people can see a forest experience area that has never been seen before.

设计内容 DESIGN CONTENTS
作为西安首个网红街区体验式示范区，我们把着眼点放在景观的使用者上，通过营造舒缓闲适的室外共享空间，来营造出景观丰富的体验感。从沿街地形艺术界面进入，由一条林中光小溪贯穿整个内外场空间。外场空间为水之林，光之林，云之林，秋千之林等四部分组成。内场空间为巢之林。
基于场地的限制条件作为我们设计的出发点，由此确立了展示中心景观以下五个基本策略：动线和局部空间的联动关系（水之林）；景观切入建筑的方式 （云之林）；最大化开放公共的绿化空间 （光之林）；注重细部和工艺，亲人尺度和质感（秋千之林）；始于问题，基于关系推敲，延续设计巧思（巢之林）。
As the first popular district experience demonstration area in Xi‘an, we focus on the user’s feelings. Create a rich sense of experience by creating a comfortable outdoor shared space. Enter the model area from the terrain art district along the street, a stream runs through the inner and outer space. The outer space is composed of water forest (entrance), light forest (playground), cloud forest (art garden), and swing forest (outdoor lounge) and so on. The inner space is called the nest forest (entrance).
Taking the condition of the site as the starting point of our design, the five basic strategies of displaying the central landscape are determined. Strategy one: Link active routes to local space (water forest). Strategy two: How to integrate Landscape into Architecture (cloud forest). Strategy three: Maximize the Open Public Green Spaces. Strategy four: Pay attention to detail and crafts work, scale and texture (swing forest). Strategy five: From the point of view of the problem, based on the relationship, continued the previous design (nest forest).
水之林——动线和局部空间的联动关系 ENTRANCE – Link active routes to local space
在商业类项目中，动线无疑是推敲设计的重要线索。”线性动线+竖向空间节点”的组合。这种空间组织形式非常适合置于密集的城市场地，利用较小的资源，实现丰富而有张力的空间体验。我们不会营造一个局部空间，我们要将空间融合在整体的关系之中。
In commercial projects, the activity route is an important clue to the design. The combined form of the “Linear route lines combined vertical space” is well-suited for placement in a dense urban site. Designers use a small number of resources to achieve a rich space experience. Instead of creating a local space, we integrate space into the site.
太平路与天台六路东北角必定是将来商业人流重要切入口。景观将结合人行道与基地之间500mm的竖向高差，以一条曲折水景连接城市界面与商业主入口。水景分为对外型涌泉叠水，以此处理内外高差变化；内聚型水景，增加水的互动体验性；以及线型喷泉，用以引导视线。水景及两侧划分出多个竖向空间节点，供人与水互动，与水对话。
The northeast corner of Taiping Road and Tiantai six Road will certainly become an important entrance to the commercial flow of people. The design will combine the altitude difference of the 500mm between the sidewalk and the site, connecting the city interface to the commercial main entrance with a tortuous waterscape. Waterscape is divided into external (deal with the variation of altitude difference between inside and outside), internal (Increased sense of interaction) and linear fountains (guide the sight of visitors). The water landscape and its sides are divided into vertical spaces for human interaction with water.
云之林——景观切入建筑的方式 ART GARDEN – How to integrate Landscape into Architecture
设计问题常常来自对场地的理解和把握。建筑主入口朝向太平路，由此希望朝向太平路这个空间是一个全开放并且能聚集人气的引爆点。于是，我们通过确定入口的位置，扭转场地消极的空间秩序，来丰富立面上空间组织层次。
Design problems often arise from understanding and grasping the site. As the building main entrance faces to Taiping Road, we hope that this space is a fully open and unusually popular point. So we enrich the vertical spatial layer by determining the location of the entrance and optimizing the negative space order of the site.
我们将漂浮的云朵，作为竖向昭示性的元素立于广场口部；将汩汩涌泉，融入参数化的铺装中，打造一个空间爆点；将广场两侧划分出停留休息的特色坐凳区域，既是对人的关怀，也是对边界的交代。
We put floating clouds as vertical elements at the entrance to the square and incorporate flowing streams into the parameterized pavement to create a lively gathering point. At the same time, we treat both sides of the square as a seating area for rest, which is not only a concern for people, but also a treatment of the boundary of the venue.
光之林——最大化开放公共的绿化空间 PLAYGROUND – Maximize the Open Public Green Spaces
如何将一个L形半包裹的公共绿地打开，为商业空间营造一个开放共享的界面？并且还要满足一定比例的绿化空间满足绿地指标？
How to open an L-shaped semi-enclosed public green space so that it can meet the green space index and create an open and shared place for commercial space?
我们将线性的园路，小斑块的停留空间，与绿化空间渗透融合。我们为建筑空间引入外部的人流、自然和光，使得室内外相互交融。我们希望通过景观的方式，启发我们思考人与自然、社会之间的关联。实现光影与人的交织律动。
We merged the linear roads and small patches of residence space with the green space. Introduce external flow of people, nature and light to the architectural space, making the indoor and outdoor blend. We hope to inspire visitors to think about the relationship between people, nature and society through the design of landscape. And realize the interaction between light, shadow and people.
秋千之林——注重细部和工艺，注重亲近人身体的尺度和质感 OUTDOOR LOUNGE – Pay attention to detail and crafts work, scale and texture
细部不是孤立的去塑造，而是在整体的关系之中。细部推敲主要发生在方案后期，但是前期的空间关系已经确定了某些属性和原则。
Details are not designed separately, but are integrated into the overall design. The detailed design is mainly carried out in the later stage of the project design, but some properties and principles have been determined in the early stage of the spatial relationship.
儿童IP的引入是要激活基地南侧的绿化空间，通过丰富的高差变化，多元的活动空间，多样材质的组合变化，打造一个趣味全龄的童趣空间。
Children’s IP is introduced in order to create a fun game space through rich height variation, multi-activity space and multi-material combination changes. Then the green space on the south side of the site was activated.
我们关注效果，更关注安全，我们不放松对每一个细节的推敲。多元的网桥对扶手穿孔形式及大小，弹跳网网绳粗细及网孔密度模拟推演，避免孩童踏空；增加秋千之林的圆饼踏板花纹纹理细部，减少打滑的风险；塑胶地垫颜色配比经过严格的选样试验；施工中对装置的各类配件严格要求，保证建成设备的表面光滑、安全环保。
We focus not only on results, but also on security, and we do not ignore every detail of the design.
In order to prevent children from falling down, we tested the form and size of the piercing of the handrail of the bridge of the mesh rope, the size of the rope and the density of the mesh. At the same time, we increased the swing forest circular pedal texture to reduce the risk of slipping. The color of plastic mats is strictly selected, strict requirements for all kinds of fittings in Construction to ensure smooth surface, safety and environmental protection.
巢之林——始于问题，基于关系推敲，延续设计巧思 ENTRANCE – From the point of view of the problem, based on the relationship, continued the previous design
如何营造内场温馨的商业氛围？
巢是森林里小动物最温暖的港湾。天地广阔，四面八方，尽收眼底，缓缓迈入，穿梭其中。以鸟巢的形式构成的围合空间，身处宽阔空间之余，给人以温暖舒适的安全之感。这里温馨愉悦，巢型的构筑、花池、座椅散落内庭，和建筑轻盈的光柱交织在一起，是充满活力且极具森林质感的商业休闲步行空间。
How to create a warm business inside atmosphere?
Nests are the warmest harbors of small animals in the forest. Standing here, we can see all the scenery around us. And we can walk through it. The enclosed space in the form of a bird’s nest allows us to live in an open space and gives us a warm and comfortable sense of safety. Warm and pleasant, nesting construction, flower ponds and seats are scattered in the site. They blend with the light pillars of architecture, creating a vibrant and eco-friendly walk space for commercial leisure.
建造过程 DESIGN CONTENTS
编织状上的构造展现了它的织造过程还有镭射状的对称图案。柔软的内在和坚硬的外在，提升整体空间体验，增加项目的造型曲度。
The structure of the braided shape shows the process of making it. Laser-shaped symmetrical patterns, soft inner and hard exterior, improve the overall experience of the space, increase the shape of the project.
结语 Epilogue
以光阴为媒，阳光透过丛林间隙，感悟时间划过带来的细腻生活质感。中南上悦城，一座缤纷的自由呼吸的光之森林。
Take time as a medium. The sun passed through the woods. We are aware of the delicate quality of life brought about by the passage of time. Zhongnan Shang Yue Cheng, a colorful light forest of free breathing.
