Taller Capital：该项目基于一条 2.1 公里长的林荫大道，沿着其中轴空间打造了 20 米宽的城市休闲空间，该林荫大道贯穿城市，并穿过了墨西哥城北部的一片社会住房单元。
Taller Capital：The project takes as its premise the occupation of the vacant 20 meter wide median of a 2.1 km boulevard that crosses through a social housing unit located in the northern part of the Mexico City metropolitan area.
新的人行道是一条铺设碎石的阴凉大道，将直接服务于当地的 22078 名居民，同时间接服务于 45755 名居民。
The new pedestrian walkway, thought as a shadowed gravel lane, will serve the local population of 22,078 inhabitants directly and and 45,755 indirectly.
它是一种追溯性基础设施：可以控制沙尘暴、吸收雨水、方便非机动车辆与 墨西哥公交站连接，并能为附近社区提供休闲庇护和娱乐设施。
It works as a retroactive infrastructure: it is a device to control dust storms, absorb rain water, facilitate non motorized mobility to connect with the Mexibus stop, and bring ports and recreational facilities to the nearby community.
