广亩景观：湖心岛居，繁华静观
中海天幕湾以一座岛屿的形态，启幕新亚运城的封面生活。入岛，不仅是归家，更是一场抵达生活本真的心灵洗礼。
GM LANDSCAPE: Designed in the form of an island, the project heralds a signature lifestyle at the New Asian Games City. Stepping onto the island is more than just returning home; it is a spiritual journey that brings one back to the true essence of living.
于城市繁华之中，演绎岛居生活的全新范本
本案落址广州番禺亚运城综合发展区核心岛尖，坐拥三面环湖格局，拥揽 270 度开阔湖景视野。立足岛尖珍贵区位，聚合居住、商业、旅游、休闲多元功能，打造一座与湖岸自然共生的现代综合社区。
Situated at the tip of the core island within the Asian Games City mixed-use development zone in Panyu, Guangzhou, the project enjoys a prime location surrounded by the lake on three sides, offering expansive, 270-degree lake views. Leveraging this rare island-tip setting and integrating residential, commercial, tourism, and leisure functions, the development creates a modern, mixed-use community that exists in harmony with the natural lakeside environment.
由广亩设计的亚运公园已于2025年落成，生态资源丰沛，景致优美，与成熟城市肌理相融共生，成为项目得天独厚的生态底色。
The Asian Games Park, designed by GM Landscape Design, was completed in 2025. Boasting abundant ecological resources and picturesque scenery, it integrates seamlessly with the established urban fabric, serving as a unique ecological foundation for the project.
以岛为界，外繁内静、内外共生
基于“外繁内静、内外共生”的核心理念，本案以岛为界，匠心构建动静相宜、公私有序的场域格局。对外，通过运动休闲滨水绿廊与多元乐享水岸公园，积极链接亚运城活力，融入城市公共生活。对内，则以自然高定花园营造静谧岛居核心，形成由动至静的清晰过渡。
Guided by the core philosophy of “external vibrancy paired with internal serenity” and “symbiosis between the two realms,” the project uses the “island” as a defining boundary to masterfully craft a spatial layout that balances activity with tranquility and maintains a clear distinction between public and private zones. Externally, it integrates with the city’s public life and the dynamic energy of the Asian Games City through a waterfront green corridor—designed for sports and leisure—and a diverse, enjoyable riverside park. Internally, a bespoke natural garden creates a serene island sanctuary, establishing a distinct transition from the active outer areas to the quiet, private core.
设计巧妙规划多元场景重塑社区边界，实现私享庭院与公共景观的对话。城市、街区与住区相辅相成，在多元共融的社区场景中，达成奢享舒适与活力共享的和谐统一，重塑岛居生活的完整体验。
The design employs a sophisticated layout across diverse settings to redefine community boundaries, fostering a dialogue between private courtyards and public landscapes. With the city, the neighborhood, and the residential enclave complementing one another, the community creates an inclusive environment that harmoniously blends luxurious comfort with shared vitality, reshaping the complete experience of island living.
半岛中的庄园，当岛居生活邂逅假日花园
设计以半岛中的庄园为概念，让经典的南法假日花园在此邂逅现代岛居生活。着自然为底色，艺术为笔触，在此折叠时间与空间，于亚运都会的繁华版图之上，缔造一座诠释静奢、承载度假感日常的私属岛屿，让回归生活的本质在每一刻悠然舒展。
The design draws inspiration from the concept of a peninsular estate, where a classic South-of-France holiday garden meets modern island living. With nature as the canvas and art as the brushstroke, the design weaves together time and space; set against the bustling backdrop of the Asian Games metropolis, it creates a private island sanctuary that embodies quiet luxury and a resort-style lifestyle, allowing the essence of living to unfold in leisurely comfort at every moment.
领域门庭
车行入境，序列景墙与浓荫乔木层层递进，尊重原生大树的场地记忆，铺就归家的仪式序曲。
As vehicles enter the site, a sequence of feature walls and layers of lush, tall trees unfold—honoring the site’s memory preserved in its existing mature trees and creating a ceremonial prelude to the journey home.
环形水台结合古树成为空间核心，实现城市界面向社区内部的自然过渡。
A circular water feature integrated with an ancient tree serves as the spatial focal point, facilitating a natural transition from the urban interface to the community interior.
超尺度挑檐门楼构筑庄重的归家界面，金属格栅肌理与奢石立面碰撞，将古树景观框纳进门楼视野，内外景致相互渗透。
An oversized, cantilevered gateway creates a dignified arrival experience; the interplay between metal grille textures and luxury stone facades frames the ancient tree, allowing the interior and exterior landscapes to blend seamlessly.
水森庭院
水森庭院的核心为规则式绿植与静水面构成严谨的几何构图，静谧景墙成为视线焦点，极简的线条与自然的元素为归家铺垫一方舒缓心神的过渡空间。
At the heart of the Waterside Courtyard lies a precise geometric composition formed by formal greenery and a tranquil water feature, with a serene feature wall serving as the visual focal point; the interplay of minimalist lines and natural elements creates a soothing transitional space that eases the mind upon returning home.
景墙两侧对称布置艺术灯具，柔和光线烘托出宁静而艺术的氛围。
Artistic lighting fixtures are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the feature wall, with soft light creating a serene and artistic atmosphere.
哲思花园
中庭以冥想水景与舒缓草阶开场，潺潺水声与特色草阶软化边界，视线则自然引向开阔的阳光草坪。这片绿意舞台可承载露天观影、星空露营、晨曦瑜伽或小型音乐会，是社区活力与自然意趣的共鸣场。
The central courtyard opens with a meditative water feature and gentle, tiered grassy steps; the soothing sound of flowing water and the distinctive terracing soften the boundaries, naturally drawing the eye toward an expansive, sunlit lawn. This verdant stage serves as a versatile venue for open-air movie screenings, stargazing campouts, sunrise yoga, or intimate concerts—a space where community vitality resonates with the charm of nature.
草坪端头静立一座点睛的艺术雕塑，成为视觉与精神的双重焦点。
An eye-catching art sculpture stands quietly at the end of the lawn, serving as a focal point for both the eye and the spirit.
轻盈的漂浮廊架下布置舒适沙发与艺术灯具，营造出宜人的茶歇观景空间。镂空格栅将天光切割成变幻的光影画作，虚实之间，时间仿佛放缓，诠释了静奢生活的深邃内涵。
Beneath the airy, floating pergola, comfortable sofas and artistic lighting fixtures create a delightful space for tea breaks and sightseeing. Openwork screens slice the natural light into shifting patterns of light and shadow; amidst this interplay of solid and void, time seems to slow, embodying the profound essence of a quiet, luxurious lifestyle.
素雅的艺术景墙与休憩沙发巧妙结合，围合出一隅更为私密恬静的角落。在这里，流水、光影、艺术与绿意交织，共同塑造了一个让人彻底松弛、向内观照的独有空间体验。
An elegant, artistic feature wall is artfully combined with a lounge sofa to create a secluded, tranquil nook. Here, the interplay of flowing water, light and shadow, art, and greenery shapes a unique space—one that invites total relaxation and inward reflection.
假日泳池
泳池以一片湛蓝水体为核心，围合出私密而宜人的度假场景。水面倒映着天空与绿意，在动静之间捕捉光的变幻，营造一个充满度假感的生活剧场。
Centered around a vast expanse of azure water, the pool creates a private and inviting resort-like setting. The water’s surface reflects the sky and surrounding greenery, capturing the shifting play of light and creating a living stage that embodies the essence of a holiday getaway.
池畔整齐排列的舒适躺椅与遮阳伞，勾勒出经典的度假风情。
Comfortable sun loungers and parasols arranged neatly by the poolside evoke a classic holiday atmosphere.
缪斯花园
缪斯花园从童话视角出发，营造一片充满自然灵感与探索趣味的森林秘境，为孩子们带来纯粹极致的沉浸式体验。
Drawing inspiration from the perspective of fairy tales, Muse Garden creates a secret forest realm filled with natural inspiration and the joy of exploration, offering children a truly pure and deeply immersive experience.
奇迹水壶运动设施与摇曳的秋千，结合森系植物共同构成一个鼓励奔跑、发现与嬉戏的自然主义乐园，让童心在自然中自由生长的灵感花园。
Nestled within a dense grove of tall trees and enveloped by multi-layered vegetation, the swing-equipped rest area creates a tranquil, secluded woodland retreat; it offers residents a quiet space away from the bustle for conversation, fostering an immersive interaction between people and the forest landscape.
林下秋千休憩点隐匿于茂密的乔木林之中，被多层次的植被包裹，营造出静谧的林下秘境，为居者提供一处远离喧嚣的停留交谈空间，实现人与森林景观的沉浸式互动。
Featuring the “Magic Kettle” play structure and swaying swings amidst forest-style plantings, this area forms a naturalistic playground that encourages running, discovery, and play—an inspiring garden where the spirit of childhood can flourish freely in nature.
种子造物坊以原木质感打造，成为隐藏于林间的自然手作课堂，激发创造本能。一旁的植物图鉴区则以生动方式开启植物科普，寓教于乐。
Crafted with a natural wood aesthetic, the “Seed Workshop” serves as a nature-inspired crafting studio nestled within the woods, designed to spark the creative instinct. Nearby, the botanical reference area offers an engaging introduction to plant science, blending education with enjoyment.
公共活力与私密安宁，开启封面岛居生活
设计之初，我们将天幕湾与广州亚运公园统筹规划，住区、公园结合湖景，共同构筑完整的半岛人居价值体系：坐拥生态公园配套，兼得开阔湖景资源，将半岛的场地特质充分强化，让居者近距离拥揽公园绿意与湖岸风光。
From the outset, we planned the project in conjunction with the Guangzhou Asian Games Park, integrating the residential area and the park with the lake view to create a holistic value proposition for peninsula living. Residents enjoy immediate access to the ecological park and expansive lake vistas, while the peninsula’s unique characteristics are fully accentuated, allowing them to immerse themselves in the lush greenery and lakeside scenery right on their doorstep.
从归心入岛的仪式启程，到半岛庄园的静奢内核，本案通过一系列精心编织的场景，让自然的松弛与艺术的雅致在此交融，让公共的活力与私密的安宁达成平衡，呈现一个能让时间慢下来、让心灵沉下来的封面作品，它静立于亚运城芯，诚邀每一位居者，于此开启真正属于自己的岛居时代。
From the ritualistic journey of returning to the island to the understated luxury at the heart of the Peninsula Estate, this project weaves together a series of carefully curated scenes. Here, the relaxed ease of nature blends with artistic elegance, and the vibrancy of communal life finds balance with private tranquility. Standing serenely at the core of Asian Games City, this landmark development invites every resident to embark on an era of island living that is truly their own.
