里表都会在城市高密度更新的语境下,基础教育空间往往被压缩为孤立的机能单元,如何使其重新承载社区凝聚力与自然教育价值,成为当代设计的重要命题。位于东莞东城街区的华中师范大学附属学校小学部,正处在这一现实挑战的前沿。我们将景观视作流动的纽带,使其在服务于师生的同时,成为激活社区交往与生态感知的公共精神载体。

UMS: In the context of high-density urban renewal, basic education spaces are often compressed into isolated functional units. How to revitalize these spaces and restore their natural and educational value has become a crucial issue for contemporary design. DONGGUAN DONGCHENG SCHOOL AFFILIATED TO CENTRAL CHINA NORMAL UNIVERSITY is at the forefront of this challenge. We view the landscape as a flowing link, designing it to serve teachers and students while simultaneously serving as a public spiritual base that activates community emergency response and ecological resources.

 

 

通过多维度策略回应了高密度环境:1-3 层” 树下” 空间完整连续,自由灵活;线性空间多维高效串联,空间层次丰富多变;水平与纵向功能分布明确,利于分区和分层,强化主题;边界空间配合整体规划, 强化立面展示, 利用自然属性与城市融合。

The design responds to the high-density environment through a multi-dimensional strategy:The “under the tree” spaces on floors 1-3 are complete, continuous, and flexible;Linear spaces are efficiently connected in multiple dimensions, creating rich and varied spatial layers;Clear horizontal and vertical functional distribution facilitates zoning and layering, reinforcing the theme;Boundary spaces complement the overall plan, enhancing facade presentation and integrating with the city by utilizing natural attributes.

呼唤景观作为关键媒介,去进一步消融内外边界,并将建筑所预设的空间逻辑,转化为更具温度与生命力的流动体验。

The design calls for the landscape as a key medium to further dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, and to transform the spatial logic pre-set by the architecture into a more warm and vibrant flowing experience.

 

 

 

通过对华中师范大学校园文化的解读,景观概念结合校园风貌的阳光气质,以向阳而生的拾光之叶为载体,打造符合校园办学理念和学风校训的校园生活场景。利用景观色彩将学校整体的多维复合空间有机串联,在建筑空间内创造流淌的绿色空间,激活交通流线,高效链接景观多主题空间的同时,为教学楼注入趣味与吸引力,增强学生们的互动和活力。

Through an interpretation of the campus culture of Central China Normal University, the landscape concept combines the sunny atmosphere of the campus with the image of sun-facing leaves to create a campus life scene that aligns with the university’s educational philosophy and motto. The use of landscape color organically connects the university’s multi-dimensional and complex spaces, creating flowing green spaces within the architectural spaces, activating traffic flow, efficiently linking multiple themed landscape spaces, injecting fun and appeal into the teaching buildings, and enhancing student interaction and vitality.

面对暴露于街区、局促而高负荷的接送区,以时光通廊将这一消极的边界空间转化为安全、有序且充满温情的场所。通过植入一道兼具序列感的艺术的围墙,清晰划定了放学等候区与家长接送区,有效疏导人流与非机动车。结合围墙设置的等候座椅与接送出入口,为家长提供人性化的接送体验。

Faced with a cramped and overloaded drop-off/pick-up area exposed to the street, a “Time Corridor” transforms this negative boundary space into a safe, orderly, and welcoming space. By incorporating an artistically designed wall with a sense of sequence, the school dismissal waiting area and parent pick-up/pick-up area are clearly demarcated, effectively managing pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle traffic. The waiting seats and pick-up/pick-up entrances integrated into the wall provide parents with a more humane drop-off/pick-up experience.

正对校园主入口的庭院是师生每日必经空间与精神门户,于此设置一座红色“华” 字艺术雕塑,营造仪式感的抵达体验,同时彰显华中师范大学文化传承,奠定了向阳而生的空间基调。

The courtyard facing the main entrance of the campus is a space and spiritual gateway that teachers and students pass through every day. A red “Hua” character art sculpture is set up here to create a sense of ritual upon arrival, while highlighting the cultural heritage of Central China Normal University and establishing a space tone that faces the sun.

 

 

面向一层教室开口的庭院,被打造为以植物认知为主题延伸至户外的自然花园,让学习在探索与互动中自然发生,花园作为校园中的微型森林,以层层叠叠的绿意营造出沉浸式的自然课堂。这里不仅充盈着植物蓬勃的生命力,更通过地形的微妙起伏与林木的掩映,创造出可供追逐,探索与嬉戏的林下乐园。学生在触摸,观察与游戏中,感受季节轮转与生命韵律,使自然认知在无拘的体验中悄然萌芽。

The courtyard, which faces the first-grade classrooms on the first floor, has been transformed into an “Enlightenment Garden” themed around plant recognition. Targeting the children’s strong curiosity and perception at this age, the garden becomes a natural classroom extending outdoors, allowing learning to occur naturally through exploration and interaction, lighting the first “leaf of enlightenment” for young learners.

 

 

社交空间围绕现有大树打造了原木休憩座椅区,形成天然的绿荫聚集点,为学生及教师提供一个自然、亲切的户外社交核心。多元学习课桌让这片天地可自持游戏、交谈与小规模集体活动,成为滋养同伴情谊的开放式容器。

The social space features a log seating area built around existing trees, creating a natural, shady gathering point and providing students and teachers with a natural and welcoming outdoor social hub. Diverse study desks allow this space to support games, conversations, and small group activities, becoming an open container for nurturing peer relationships.

 

 

曲线楼梯从二层流畅而下,围合形成一处半包裹式的下沉舞台空间。阶梯看台与休闲草坪将舞台创造出层次丰富的复合场域。这里是举办小型演出的天然剧场,也可转变为临时艺术展厅。空间的向心性与沉浸感使庭院成为激发创意、展示才华的校园文化焦点。

A curved staircase flows smoothly down from the second floor, enclosing a semi-enclosed sunken stage space. Tiered seating and a leisure lawn create a multi-layered, multi-functional space for the stage. This natural theater serves as a venue for small performances and can also be transformed into a temporary art gallery. The space’s centripetal and immersive feel makes the courtyard a focal point of campus culture, inspiring creativity and showcasing talent.

 

 

作为校园的弹性核心空间,下沉式舞台的空间设计赋予了其高度的功能适应性。它既可以作为自然画廊展示学生艺术作品,也能迅速转换为演艺剧场,承载从小型音乐会到露天话剧的多元活动。这种灵活的多义性,使庭院超越了单一的景观属性,成为持续激发校园文化创造力与凝聚力的动态事件容器。

 

 

紧邻图书馆一层的阅读花园是一方静谧的知识绿洲,呼应图书馆的学习氛围,打造出多处适宜独处或小组研讨的阅读角落。这里远离活跃的庭院,在光影与书页的协奏中,为孩子们提供了一个能够专注阅读、沉思与交流的户外精神栖所。

Adjacent to the library’s first floor is a tranquil oasis of knowledge, echoing the library’s learning atmosphere and creating several reading corners suitable for solitude or group discussions. Away from the bustling courtyard, this space provides children with an outdoor sanctuary where they can focus on reading, contemplation, and exchange ideas, amidst the interplay of light and shadow on the pages of books.

位于图书馆上方的启迪连廊,巧妙串联起露天与半室内空间,设计以轻盈的绿植点缀结合可旋转的几何座椅,营造出一个个灵活而富有趣味的休闲空间,在光影流动中激发灵感与交流。

The Enlightenment Corridor, located above the library, cleverly connects the open-air and semi-indoor spaces. The design incorporates light greenery and rotating geometric seating to create flexible and fun leisure spaces that inspire creativity and communication amidst the flow of light and shadow.

 

 

悦力通廊作为连接教学楼与体育场馆的活力纽带,将高频次的通过性空间转化为充满趣味的活动场。结合起伏的地形、叶形地面图案,并灵活嵌入互动躺椅、乒乓桌与跑道等设施,使通廊在保障高效穿行的同时,也成为学生课间释放活力,进行自发游戏与社交的复合型场所。

The Corridor serves as a vibrant link between the teaching building and the sports venue, transforming a frequently used passageway into a fun-filled activity space. Combining undulating terrain and leaf-shaped floor patterns, and flexibly incorporating facilities such as interactive lounge chairs, ping-pong tables, and running tracks, the corridor ensures efficient passage while also becoming a multi-functional space for students to release energy, engage in spontaneous games, and socialize during breaks.

 

 

通过充满创意的主题画线设计,将标准运动场地转化为一片激发想象的游戏画布。这些线条不仅界定运动功能,更通过图案组合提供了多样的非正式游戏规则与社交可能,鼓励学生自发组织活动,使操场成为一片承载无限活力的动态社交场域。

Through creatively designed themed lines, standard sports fields are transformed into imaginative play canvases. These lines not only define the functions of sports but also provide diverse informal game rules and social possibilities through pattern combinations, encouraging students to spontaneously organize activities and making the playground a dynamic social space brimming with boundless energy.

 

 

华中师范大学东莞东城学校的景观实践,是一次在高密度城市语境下对教育空间价值的重新诠释。通过“拾光之叶”这一脉络,设计将自然的生机与人文的精神编织进校园的日常肌理,有效激活了建筑空间,更在社区中心培育出一片滋养成长、联结情感的绿色之心。

The landscape design practice at DONGGUAN DONGCHENG SCHOOL AFFILIATED TO CENTRAL CHINA NORMAL UNIVERSITY is a reinterpretation of the value of educational space within a high-density urban context. Through the theme of “Leaves of Light,” the design weaves the vitality of nature and the spirit of humanity into the daily fabric of the campus, effectively activating the architectural space and cultivating a green heart that nurtures growth and connects emotions in the heart of the community.
