日清景观：对于康定壹拾玖项目的期许，最终我们希望如果有人能评价，还挺上海的。很核心的一件事情是属地文化，就是还要做很「静安」的一个项目，初始就是这么想的，到今天也没什么变化。如果要用一个词来定义康定壹拾玖，那么我们希望是「不被定义的优雅-Undefined Elegence」
Lacime Architects：For the expectations of the Kangding Nineteen Project, ultimately I hope that if anyone can evaluate it, it is quite Shanghai.A very core thing is the local culture, which is to do a very ‘peaceful’ project. I initially thought so, but it hasn’t changed much to this day.If I were to define Kangding Nineteen in one word, I would like it to be ‘Undefined Elegance.
01 青荫掩映 ｜老静安的时光 栖于浓荫掩映的领馆花园
Hidden in Green Shades | Old Jing’an’s Time Rests in the Consulate Garden Hidden in Thick Shades
「树宅相守」这件事情是我们一直想要去完成的事情。什么能带给这个社区「光阴感」，脑子里面的影像就是村口就应该会有一颗大树，很多人都在这棵树的庇护之下长大，这场景很有电影的质感的状态，是光阴的记忆。
The task of ‘staying together in a tree house’ has always been something we have wanted to accomplish. What can bring a sense of time to this community,The image in my mind is that there should be a big tree at the entrance of the village, and many people have grown up under the protection of this tree,This scene has a cinematic quality and is a memory of time.
关于每棵树的间距与冠幅，比树种更昂贵的，是花在它们身上的时间，千里跋涉、进山寻树，大自然浑然天成的痕迹，本身就是艺术品。有一天我们去一个林子，这个香樟林子是非常原生态的，选苗的那天是一个下午，光影从树梢洒到地面上，地面上长满了苔藓、落叶，那刻我们希望把这些香樟带回家，就是这种冲动。
Regarding the spacing and crown width of each tree, what is more expensive than tree species is the time spent on them, traveling thousands of miles, searching for trees in the mountains, and the natural traces of nature, which are themselves works of art.One day we went to a forest of camphor trees, which was very primitive. On the day of selecting seedlings, it was an afternoon when light and shadow shone from the treetops onto the ground, which was covered with moss and fallen leaves,At that moment, we hoped to bring these camphor trees home, it was this impulse.

02 揉石成缎 ｜让石头开出花，释放刚与柔的张力
Rubbing stones into satin | Let the stones bloom and release the tension between hardness and softness
属于老上海的记忆，是炫彩的霓虹灯光里唱着「不夜城」的旧唱片，也是梧桐区树影斑驳下被风吹动的裙摆，在沉静的午后尽显从容与精致。就像宫崎骏动画里微风拂过少女的裙摆，刚性的石材与微风涟漪的裙摆碰撞，释放出来的张力是人工与自然的融糅，也是理性与感性的共舞。
The memories of old Shanghai are the old records of ‘City That Never Sleeps’ sung in the dazzling neon lights,It is also the skirt swayed by the wind under the mottled shadows of trees in wutong District, showing calm and refinement in a quiet afternoon.Just like in Hayao Miyazaki’s anime where a gentle breeze brushes over a girl’s skirt, the rigid stone collides with the rippling skirt of the breeze,The released tension is a fusion of artificial and natural elements, as well as a dance of reason and emotion.
27稿分缝体系方案研究：揉石成缎石材立面的丝绸感处理、石块比例与厚度、横缝竖缝的宽窄，都是一个个可以被考究的细节，为此我们出了27稿方案，以“作”的态度追求细节的极致。
不必刻意展示时间，时间存在于每一处细节。
27 Draft Joint System Scheme Research: The silk like treatment of the satin stone facade, the proportion and thickness of the stones, and the width of the horizontal and vertical joints are all details that can be studied. Therefore, we have come up with the 27 Draft Scheme, pursuing the ultimate in details with a “work” attitude.
There is no need to deliberately display time, time exists in every detail.

03揉石成缎 ｜光影归家

以“作”的态度追求细节的极致——这是一个褒义词。
对生活细节的不妥协，是上海人特有的精致与优雅。在归家长廊里，石材立面的丝绸垂坠感的处理、金属质感吊顶、隐藏式灯光设计等，都是一个个可以被考究的细节。
Pursuing the ultimate in details with an attitude of ‘doing’ – this is a positive term.
The uncompromising attention to details in daily life is a unique delicacy and elegance of Shanghainese people.In the long corridor of returning home, the silk drape of the stone facade, the metal texture ceiling, and the hidden lighting design are all details that can be carefully studied.
04大珠小珠落玉盘 ｜平面与竖向空间错动联动
Large and small beads falling on the jade plate | Horizontal and vertical spatial displacement linkage
阳光斜切过树冠的间隙，跌入镜面水池。周遭建筑、漂浮玉盘、植栽的枝条在水中重叠、倒影、交融，伴随珍珠跳泉又搅散成一片粼粼的波光。风来时，水面皱起千万道细纹，光斑在石材表面游走，恍若水珠滚过纸面，留下瞬息即逝的湿润笔触。
The sunlight slanted through the gaps in the tree crown and fell into the mirrored pool.Surrounding buildings, floating jade plates, and planted branches overlap, reflect, and blend in the water, accompanied by pearls jumping from the spring and scattering into a sparkling wave.When the wind blows, the water surface wrinkles with millions of fine lines, and the light spots wander on the surface of the stone, like water droplets rolling over the paper, leaving fleeting wet brushstrokes.

05序列游廊｜平面与竖向空间错动联动
Sequence Corridor｜Horizontal and Vertical Space Movement Linkage
两侧高墙夹峙的游廊是场地的消防通道，三个面的错动与秩序将光影纳入其中，墙体面层的细微变化弱化墙体的厚重感，让视线得以穿透，让空间得以融合。
The corridor sandwiched by high walls on both sides is the fire escape route of the site. The movement and order of the three sides incorporate light and shadow, and the subtle changes in the wall surface layer weaken the heaviness of the wall, allowing the line of sight to penetrate and the space to merge.
▽ 条窗：释放空间的张力、丰富光影的层次
片片落叶在空中划出缱绻的弧线，潺潺流水落入水中最终消于水中，一切皆是时间的注脚，我们终将成为时光的标本，但真正的流逝也许并非指缝中握不住的流沙，而是我们从未认真抚摸过它的纹理。时光静静流淌，岁月兀自生长，越是细微的设计巧思和用心，最是打动人。很多树，很多景，很多故事，如果你愿意，可以选择晴好的有一天，来看-不被定义的优雅。
