里表都会：文人墨客常乐于描绘自然之境，寄情于山水之间。北宋三大家之一董源创作的《潇湘图》中，山峦巍峨连绵，云雾暗晦缥缈，山野之景时而深厚，时而轻盈。实以衬虚，虚以入意，虚实间的变幻让画中意境更为深远。无独有偶，童寯在《江南园林志》中提出的造园三境界中，“疏密得宜”首当其冲——所谓疏密，即对应空间的虚实。
UMS: Chinese literati and painters have been taking delight in creating poetry or paintings about nature to express their feelings throughout the centuries. For example, Dong Yuan, one of the three great painters of the early Northern Song Dynasty, has his masterpiece “A Picture of Two Rivers: Xiaohe River and Xiangjiang River” featuring rolling mountains, clouds, mist and thick forests, which make the background a little bit mysterious and intriguing. Coincidentally, architect Tung Chuin also mentioned the “blending of positive and negative spaces” in his masterpiece “A Record of the Gardens of Jiangnan”.

如何巧借古典园林理论塑造当代人居，表达山水画般的虚实之美？项目以“因山明意·四季归心”为题，用现代手法勾勒山水意境，让居者与自然相拥，与艺术相伴，找到灵魂契合的归心之所。
But how to present the beauty of the landscape painting in a modern living environment based on the traditional landscape theory? Here in RIVER VIEW, with the theme of “Four Seasons in Mountains · Harbor for the Soul”, the designer outlined a picturesque setting with modern skills, where residents will easily find the harbor for the soul when exposed to nature and art.
▽场地设计分析 Site design analysis
初入场地，一座禅意台地形成主景观——入门前先入园，高贵之中更显隐逸。绿岛上雕塑的点缀让场景更具现代气息。自然置石与金属质感相得益彰，以现代手法书写着山水情趣。面前，大尺度伸展的门廊透露出尊享气质。两侧，阵列排布的特色灯箱呈迎宾姿态，将视线引入庭内，预示一场归心之旅的开启。
Upon entering the site, the first thing coming into sight is the Zen-style terrace garden. And the sculptures scatter around the green island, creating a modern touch. Natural stones and metal texture complement each other, presenting a unique landscape atmosphere.In front is the porch extending in a noble way; on both sides, the characteristic light boxes stand in a welcoming gesture, leading people into the courtyard where a journey of the heart will soon begin.

拾级而上，步入廊架，穿过一段曲折窄径，空间豁然开敞。层叠的绿岛勾勒出蜿蜒小路，旱溪流淌其间，山与水的意向在此实现了抽象表达，氤氲之中，自然氛围铺陈开来。富有韵律的特色格栅与树林前后掩映,隐现无穷，形成层次丰富的景致。门廊之“实”映衬林溪之“虚”，画中的虚实笔法得到了别样呈现，意境由此凸显。
Stepping up the stairs and passing through the corridor along a zigzag path, you will find the space suddenly bright open. Here the terraced island outlines the winding paths, and streams run quietly in between, a painting of mountains and rivers thus unfolding in the mist. The rhythmic grille and trees serve as the screens that shelter parts of the space. The “real” porch stands in contrast with the “virtual”streams, presenting the same beauty and skills of a landscape painting.

深入场地，水声渐近。潺潺流水自景墙流淌，宛如叠瀑，厚重的构筑体量则作为自然山岩的转译。绿池与水景在此精巧嵌合，形成动态韵律。池水之上，一尊金色雕塑伫立于此，其以自然元素“风”为灵感来源抽象而得，契合自然主题，形成场地视觉焦点，令方寸之间更添精奢气息。由南至北，门、林、山的院式结构自成韵律，厚重体量的构筑间以林与水渲染轻盈，亦虚亦实，如同古画中山水的对比。
Further into the site, you will find the gurgling water cascades down the landscape wall, whose solid volume is an interpretation of natural rocks. The waterscape complements the green pond, above which a golden sculpture stands elegantly in the “shape” of wind. From south to north, the gate, the wood and the mountain form a courtyard, where massive buildings are interspersed with green trees and water, reminding people of the beautiful landscape painting.

步入二进空间，景致再次转“虚”。面前是一片豁然开朗的镜水，由绿植草木环抱其间，路边偶见的自然置石，仿佛诉说着山野的宁远。伫立于此，居者仿佛步入隐匿山林的湖边，静谧的水面与无边的绿意让人得以摆脱尘世的疲惫，尽享此刻的悠然闲适。“水”的意象自门庭延续至场地深处，绵延流淌如河流，使得场地各节点联结为整体。
When you walk further into the space, the scenery turns “virtual” again. Surrounding the open mirror water are grass and trees as well as some stones by the roadside, which seem to tell the story about the mountains and rivers. People feel as if they were standing by a lake hidden in the mountain: smooth water and boundless green come as a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of city life. The elements of “water” extend from the gate and the garden to the central space, connecting every corner around the site.

步入建筑后庭空间，这里宛如宁谧森林中开辟的一处林荫小路，高低错落的组团植物富有层次，渲染出绿意的同时形成丰富的空间感受。
The backyard space features a tree-lined path as well as green plants of different heights, creating a colorful spatial experience.

接驳区连接林中小径，脚边的特色灯箱彰显着品质细节。林荫下的过渡景观是山水礼遇的预示，也是自然之境的前奏。
The tree-lined path leads to the connection area, where characteristic light boxes highlight the quality of details. And the landscape under the trees serves as a prelude to the natural world.
在更富生活气息的私享庭院内，同样渗透着山水之意。闲暇下午，坐于花园，携着绿意独自小憩或是邀好友浅叙，生活的愉悦松弛由此尽显。设计的品质感来自于室内化的精细度，廊架、茶台与座椅丰富着功能场景，水景、砾石与特色景墙将精致细节落于实处，让品质生活就此开启。
In the private garden which is full of life, the touch of landscape painting can also be experienced. Sitting in the garden on a leisurely afternoon, taking a rest or chatting with friends, you can enjoy the beauty and comfort of life. The quality of the space shows in every detail: the pergola, the tea table, the chairs, the waterscape, the gravel and the landscape wall are all carefully designed to highlight the quality of life.
诗意生活需要用心打造，优质人居需要引入自然。本案以“因山明意·四季归心”为题，以古代山水技法与传统造园理论为灵感打造多重礼遇空间，以水为脉贯穿始终，借现代手法转译自然，营造匠心品质人居，为居者描绘相拥山水的艺术生活。
Poetic life needs to be created, and nature is the key to a quality living environment. Designed with the theme “Four Seasons in Mountains · Harbor for the Soul”, RIVER VIEW employed the theory and skills of traditional landscape painting and gardening, creating a quality living environment for residents where they can get close to nature and enjoy a poetic life among “mountains and rivers”.
