蓝调国际：寻找花的梦境 Seeking the Dream of Flowers
人为生活而设计，设计为生活而存在。
而生活的现实总是跌宕不已，令人唏嘘，人们总是希望寻觅如同梦境一般的场所成为自己栖息的家。这种不断找寻的机缘，便成就了重庆D10的价值和意义。
“大地梦境”是场景还原的蓝本，也是空间的尺度，亦是人与环境交流的调性，或理性、或感性、或秩序、或烂漫……设计师精确把控着“梦境与花”的象征性和价值感，以毫厘之间的精准技艺调节场地的气息与质感。本案的构建是一次对梦境和自然的重新解读，用玉兰的符号为D10系列作品延伸想象的境域，并带动人们的感知去漫游整个庭院。玉兰是时间的馈赠，晨昏更迭，四季流转，千姿百态。
在重庆D10 — “玲珑台”的设计认知里，也颇为浪漫的认为蕴对自然的礼赞和膜拜也是生活的意义所在。于是D10的每一个庭院都蕴含一朵花的主题，并将其符号化，艺术化的呈现出独特和魅力。由玉兰所抽象出来的线条，自由延伸到庭院路径，各色主题花园。极具时尚感的门厅，也带着玉兰的形制和腔调。庭院中蜿蜒的水景中漂浮着花瓣状的浮岛与水中的吧台雅座，也让静谧的花园多了几分烟火。在“玲珑台”的梦中花境品茗赏花之余，感受从容优雅的慢时光生活。
流畅的曲线条于空间中交汇、变化，由植物与场地构筑极富感官体验的大地景观呈现在眼前。水影与绿荫的掩映产生虚实相生、若影若现的效果，与外部喧嚣的世界形成巨大的反差。
生活的“法相”从一个造园者的角度去看，也是对生活的本质和意义的研究和场景的再现。玲珑台的“花的梦境”，是一个人精神的外延，也是诗意的安放之所，是心灵理想的寄居之地。在这里，人更接近自我，更接近自由。
D10的未来生活的业主，或许都是爱花之人，赏兰的雅客。
惜花之人，亦是对世界温柔的人。如西格里夫·萨松所说，心有猛虎，细嗅蔷薇。

BLUES: The reality of life is always full of ups and downs, leaving people sighing. People constantly seek a place akin to a dream to call home. This continuous search is what gives value and significance to Chongqing D10.
“The Dream of the Earth” serves as the blueprint for scene restoration, the scale of space, and the tone of communication between people and the environment. It can be rational, emotional, orderly, or romantic. The designer precisely controls the symbolism and value of “Dreams and Flowers,” adjusting the atmosphere and texture of the site with meticulous craftsmanship. This project is a reinterpretation of dreams and nature, using the magnolia as a symbol to extend the imaginative realm of the D10 series and guide people’s perceptions to wander through the courtyard. The magnolia is a gift of time, changing with dawn and dusk, and the flow of the seasons, displaying a myriad of forms.
In the design of Chongqing D10—”Linglong Terrace,” there’s a romantic belief that the reverence and praise for nature are intrinsic to the meaning of life. Hence, each courtyard in D10 carries the theme of a flower, symbolized and artistically presented with uniqueness and charm. The abstract lines derived from the magnolia freely extend into the courtyard paths and various themed gardens. The stylish lobby also features the form and tone of the magnolia. In the courtyard, the winding water landscape with floating flower petal-shaped islands and bar seats in the water add a touch of liveliness to the serene garden. In the dreamlike floral landscape of “Linglong Terrace,” one can savor tea and admire flowers, experiencing a leisurely and elegant slow-paced life.
Flowing curves intersect and transform within the space, creating a landscape rich in sensory experience constructed by plants and the site. The interplay of water reflections and greenery produces a dynamic and ethereal effect, creating a stark contrast with the bustling world outside.
From the perspective of a garden creator, the “form” of life is also a study of the essence and meaning of life and a recreation of scenes. The “Dream of Flowers” in Linglong Terrace is an extension of one’s spirit, a place for poetic placement, and an ideal abode for the soul. Here, people become closer to themselves and to freedom.
The future residents of D10 might all be flower lovers, elegant guests who appreciate orchids.
Those who cherish flowers are also gentle towards the world. As Siegfried Sassoon said, “In me the tiger sniffs the rose.”

Passing through the entrance gate, what catches the eye is the uniquely crafted ‘Signature Water Courtyard’ customized for our community. Magnolia sculptures adorn the exquisite water features, complemented by precious tree species, showcasing the prestigious status of the homeowners. The cascading water lines continue in graceful curves, enriched by cascading water elements, adding a unique charm to the entire environment.

曲线是方向连续变化的点而组成的线，具有动势变化和韵律之美。很多自由曲线，好的铺装能做到曲线顺畅，大弧度的顺畅，曲线形状的设计需要更多的规划和布局，以确保曲线路径的流畅性和美观性。
The meticulous craftsmanship and ultimate pursuit of beauty in the details achieve a subtle balance between design, art, and nature, amidst the cycle of time and material. This constant evolution embodies the sustainable aesthetics of life.
Curves are lines composed of continuously changing points in direction, possessing the beauty of dynamic variation and rhythm. Many free curves require smooth pavement, especially for large, sweeping arcs. Designing curves involves more planning and layout to ensure the smoothness and aesthetics of the curved path.
