深规院景观院：南方电网南山智慧展厅街角微更新项目位于深圳市南山区后海大道东侧，是一块场地面积大约 88 ㎡的小微绿地。它是中国南方电网企业内部的绿化用地，也是企业员工、街道人群往来与车辆进出的必经门户。
UPDIS-ULA: The street corner micro-renovation project of Nanshan Smart Exhibition Hall of China Southern Power Grid is located on the east side of Houhai Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is a small green space with a site area of about 88 square meters. It is the green land inside the China Southern Power Grid Corporation, and also the necessary gateway for corporate employees, street people, and vehicles to enter and exit.

改造前，该项目是南方电网南山智慧展厅临街的绿化场地，仅为绿植点缀的作用，地面上布满了错综复杂的地上管道、密集的市政井盖、突兀的灯杆、摄像头设备，以及挂在墙面的电线电缆，视觉观感杂乱，与户外休闲空间相差甚远，更缺少企业品牌展示，影响南方电网公 司的企业形象。
Before the renovation, the land was a negative space facing the street. It was only used for embellishment of plants. The wires and cables on the wall have a messy visual perception. It is far from the quality of outdoor leisure space, and lacks corporate brand display, which affects the first impression of China Southern Power Grid Company.

改造后，这块小微绿地拥有了生态景观、休闲娱乐、品牌展示以及便民充电站等多重功能，映射出因地制宜的理念，以及富有人文情怀的设计语言。
After the transformation, this micro space has multiple functions such as ecological landscape, leisure and entertainment, brand display and convenient charging station, reflecting the concept of adapting measures to local conditions and a design language full of humanistic feelings.

艺术、再生、互动 Art, Regeneration, Interaction
项目区别于社区公园，南方电网南山智慧展厅街角既属于产业用地，又紧邻街道。这一特征使得它的受众既包括企业员工，也包括周边或路过的市民。深规院-景观院以空间建造为媒介，以微绿地为大众关系的桥梁，连接企业与市民之间的情感，为城市再造一个美好的绿意之地。改造后的小微绿地，在满足了企业品牌形象展示的基本功能外，更进一步为企业实现了社会价值，以旧物利用的方式传播低碳理念、以手摇发电来体验趣味科普、以艺术营造空间来陶冶人民的情操，为企业员工、市民提供了一个可休闲、可读览、可充电的空间场景。
The project is different from the community park. The street corner of China Southern Power Grid is
not only an industrial land, but also close to the street. This feature makes its audience include both corporate employees and surrounding or passing citizens. Urban Planning & Design Institute of Shenzhen (UPDIS) uses micro-green space as a bridge for public relations, connecting the emotions between enterprises and citizens, and recreating a beautiful green land for the city. The micro green space after transformation not only satisfies the basic function of enterprise brand image display, but also further realizes the social value for the enterprise. It spreads low carbon concept in the way of using old materials, experiences fun science by hand power generation, cultivates people’s sentiments by creating space by art, and provides a leisure, readable and rechargeable space scene for enterprise employees and citizens.

In terms of green and lowcarbon development, China proposes to carry out green and low-carbon scheduling and trading, continue to tap the potential of power grids for energy conservation and carbon reduction, build a green
supply chain, strengthen the recycling and utilization of renewable resources, vigorously develop green and low-carbon buildings, and form a model of advocating and practicing conservation. The office model advocates a green and low-carbon lifestyle.
设计理念 Design concept
面对南方电网企业形象打造与理念传播的诉求，深规院-景观院围绕“艺术、再生、互动”的理念展开设计，将艺术趣味、科普展示、公众互动融合在一个小微绿地，为城市再造一个美好的细节。
设计改变了场地原本单一的 LOGO 放置面貌，重新梳理了功能布局——把场地有限的三角空间和半围合式的锈板挡墙构成新的阅读空间，把锈板挡墙、电表、座椅充电以及摇转发电作为基础性的娱乐便民设施，提高市民参与度和空间实用度。
In the face of the demands of China Southern Power Grid’s corporate image building and concept dissemination, UPDIS carries out the design based on the concept of “art, regeneration and interaction”, integrating artistic interest, popular science exhibition and public interaction into a small and micro green space to recreate a beautiful detail for the city.
The design changes the original single LOGO placement appearance of the site, and rearranges the functional layout — the limited triangle space and semi-enclosed rust board retaining wall constitute a new reading space, and the rust board retaining wall, electricity meter, seat charging and shaking and forwarding electricity are taken as basic entertainment and convenient facilities to improve the participation of citizens and the space practicality.
低碳节能小妙招 Low-carbon and energy-saving tips
绿意萌动的三片叶子分别装载了三块功率为 100W 的太阳能发电光伏板，利用半导体界面的光生伏特效应将光能直接转变为电能——平均每天发电量约1.32kW*h，可以满足项目夜间景观照明、手摇互动充电以及市民手机缺电的不时之需。
The three green leaves are respectively loaded with three 100W solar photovoltaic panels, which directly convert light energy into electric energy by using the photo-generating volt effect of the semiconductor interface. The average daily output is about 1.32kW*h, which can meet the needs of the project’s nighttime landscape lighting, hand-held interactive charging and citizens’ mobile phone power shortage.

低碳趣味科普 Low-carbon fun science
借助南方电网企业回收的废旧物，融合低碳环保理念，用景观艺术的方式，开展街角景观改造，达到趣味科普及企业形象展示目的。
With the help of waste materials recycled by enterprises of China Southern Power Grid and the concept of low carbon and environmental protection, the corner landscape transformation is carried out by the way of landscape art, so as to achieve the purpose of fun science popularization and corporate image display.

无废环保艺术 Waste-free environmental art
在无废环保的低影响建造方面，实现最大限度的旧物利用——将与电相关的生活旧物通过艺术化、趣味化的处理，转变为可观赏，可触摸的景观元素。利用淘汰的电表，经过重新改造转变为具有阅读性、科普性的节能环保知识宣传点；将废弃的电缆摇身变为休憩座椅的材质延伸；将避雷器通过简单的改造，改为可扦插在草丛，具有装点植被性质的氛围点缀。
In terms of low-impact construction with no waste and environmental protection, the maximum utilization of old objects is realized——transform the old objects related to electricity into ornamental and touchable landscape elements through artistic and interesting treatment. Using obsolete electric meters, they have been transformed into readable and popular science-based energy-saving and environmental protection knowledge promotion points after remodeling; discarded cables have been transformed into material extensions for rest seats; the arrester can be cut in the grass through simple transformation, with the nature of decorative vegetation atmosphere ornament.

半自然生态圈 Semi-natural ecosystem
在原本狼藉的草坪覆盖面下，是错综复杂的管线与钢筋水泥地面。考虑到后期维护的便利性和植物群落的生态性，在有限的场地中种植了 15 种甄选的易养护的植物品种，一定程度上提高了视觉上的植物丰富程度，打造一个半自然的生态圈。
Under the originally messy lawn coverage, there are intricate pipelines and reinforced concrete floors. Considering the convenience of later maintenance and the ecology of the plant community, 15 selected and easy-to-maintain plant species were planted in a limited space, which improved the visual richness of plants to a certain extent and created a semi-natural ecological circle .

儿童友好视角 Kid Friendly View
设计师以一米高的视角，打造尺度友好、游戏友好手摇发电的互动装置，让孩子们感受蓄电的过程，体验发电的乐趣，激发孩子们的学习兴趣和求知欲，学科学、爱科学。
From a one-meter-high perspective, the designer created a scale-friendly and game-friendly handcranked power generation interactive device, allowing children to feel the process of power storage, experience the fun of power generation, stimulate children’s interest in learning and curiosity, learn science, love science.

手机无线充电 Mobile phone wireless charging
弯曲的座椅可以让人短暂休憩，座凳面板上特制了手机无线充电功能，通过绿叶装置、手摇蓄电，将电力保存在面板上，方便让路过的行人以及企业员工在休憩的同时还能补充电量，感受新型的便民电力方式。
The curved seat can allow people to have a short rest. The panel of the bench is specially equipped with wireless charging function of mobile phone. Electricity is stored on the panel through the green leaf device and hand shake, which is convenient for passing pedestrians and employees to replenish electricity while having a rest and feel the new convenient power mode.

共筑温暖街角 Build a warm street corner together
南方电网南山智慧展厅街角微更新只是城市的一个细节，它不仅实现了景观设计之美，同时融入了富有人情味的功能设计，在形态、材料、观念上更是通过艺术创作制造了出其不意的惊喜。它帮助企业将社会责任落到市民的心坎里，同时为深圳公共绿地系统建设做出有益的探索，是“人民城市为人民”理念的生动体现。深规院-景观院将持续以空间营造为媒介，连接自然、人文与经济。让城市更有温度，我们可以做更多。
The micro-renewal of the street corner of China Southern Power Grid is just a detail of the city. It not only realizes the beauty of landscape design, but also incorporates human-friendly functional design, and creates unexpected surprises through artistic creation in terms of form, material and concept. It helps enterprises put their social responsibilities in the hearts of citizens, and at the same time makes a useful exploration for the construction of Shenzhen’s public green space system, which is a vivid embodiment of the concept of “people’s city for the people”. UPDIS will continue to use space creation as a medium to connect nature, humanity and economy. We can do more by making cities warmer.
